Leased a PS5 for 6 months from them at $130 a month the controller stopped working and their associate Justin was hands down the most disrespectful arrogant customer service associate I've had to deal with in a very long time. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

We lost a piece of furniture due to a living situation and they refused to drop the account even after a manager said that it would be taken care, they claimed its in the agreement to keep paying even if you don't have the product, i never seen anywhere in the agreement about that, they charged 900 dollars to my account without permission and due to them doing that my account is now locked and none of my bills can be paid, they don't care about you all they want is money even with the cost of living being high they don't care if your bills are paid or not as long as they get there money, they are the worse business I have ever dealt with and I won't send friends or family to them I will send friends and family to there competition

Aarons and I have a history. Never a disappointment. Only thing I have to complain about is they brought me a new TV and I was sick in bed so I didn't have them bring it up to my room and plug it in. 2 weeks later we plugged it in downstairs and the screen was spidered. I called and spoke to Justin that pretty much said oh well, you still have to pay for it. So I'm stuck paying for this TV and I can't even use it. Wouldn't take it back. Said if I didn't pay for it I would be taken to the magistrate for non payment. So lesson learned, always have them plug it in.

It would be great if they would stop leaving trash on my porch for me to throw away. If your going to send me junk at least do it through the mail and help the USPS stay afloat.

I received their flyer today, and I'm completely stumped. Why would I want to pay almost $900.00 for a used Nintendo Switch, when I can purchase a guaranteed brand new one almost ANYWHERE ELSE for only $300? Who decides these obviously random prices?!?
