Aarons and I have a history. Never a disappointment. Only thing I have to complain about is they brought me a new TV and I was sick in bed so I didn't have them bring it up to my room and plug it in. 2 weeks later we plugged it in downstairs and the screen was spidered. I called and spoke to Justin that pretty much said oh well, you still have to pay for it. So I'm stuck paying for this TV and I can't even use it. Wouldn't take it back. Said if I didn't pay for it I would be taken to the magistrate for non payment. So lesson learned, always have them plug it in.

It would be great if they would stop leaving trash on my porch for me to throw away. If your going to send me junk at least do it through the mail and help the USPS stay afloat.

I received their flyer today, and I'm completely stumped. Why would I want to pay almost $900.00 for a used Nintendo Switch, when I can purchase a guaranteed brand new one almost ANYWHERE ELSE for only $300? Who decides these obviously random prices?!?

They are very friendly ,just not planning on leasing anything ever again ,Tv is priced 5 times higher then it's worth at the store down the street , they gave me none of the manuals that come with it , and the voice remote control that was supposed to come with the tv was never given to me with the tv at time of delivery, just a compatible remote that only allows basic use of it's functions . Tv had a huge scratch in the screen and was covered up in some sort of filling puddy that came out the day I wiped off the screen with a microfiber cloth.But I definitely learned a lesson, that it's definitely worth just saving your money then to lease to own anything . Won't happen again .

Amazing how ruthless and unfair a business can be when a customer has a subpar product that fails and still forced to pay for it and repeatedly called harassing the family and customer while their 'customer' lays in a hospital ICU unable to speak yet Aaron's continues to call over and over harassing the family member on file as well as numerous voicemails on the 'customer' phone number. I would NEVER recommend Aaron's! If I can't get something I want I save for it there is absolutely no reason to pay crooks for used junk
