Extra Space Storage in Coatesville on Caln rd was is a great place to store your possessions. I had a unit for about 18 months while I was out of the country and it was great piece of mind that my things were safe. The facility is the cleanest I have ever seen and the Manager Jason Schrader was incredibly helpful

Completed the online check in. Very efficient and clear. Was very easy to navigate the rental online. Received a nice phone call after to confirm everything was set up.

Very great place and storage units are amazing so many to choose from, climate control I’m sold on this. I enjoyed my tour and my helper was very nice and knowledgeable thank you so much for the experience first time here and I like it.

This process was so easy and the facility is amazing. I located the available unit in the size I needed and booked it. shortly after I received the information to access the unit. I was such an easy process and when I got to the unit the facility was very clean and temp controlled. I feel safe leaving my belongings in this unit and do not fear any climate damage. Thank you for making this such a great experience!

Customer service at the location in Coatesville 99 North Caln rd is outstanding! Had a small issue they straightened out the same day. It's always been stress-free dealing with them on any issue. I definitely recommend using this extra space storage facility

This was the 2nd time for me to be a customer of Extra Space. I once again needed a storage unit n knew exactly where I was going when I knew I needed another unit. It was back to Extra Space Storage I went and was excited to be doing so! Jason the manager at Extra Space Storage in Coatesville is an amazing and considerate person that ALWAYS needs my need and goes above and beyond to accommodate me. He has the best customer service I have experienced anywhere hands down!! I definitely recommend Extra Space to all my friends n family especially the coatesville location with Jason, you will not regret it!!! I had a great experience with the extra storage in Coatesville. The crew checks everything and even called me when I accidentally latch the gate incorrectly. When I moved out they confirmed and took care of updating the system. The place is safe and I had easy access and it was a good option to storage before my house was ready for move in. I would recommend this extra storage as an option to de clutter before listing or for extra space. Thanks!
