The second time a few of my prescriptions were "filled" under my husband's name. Messed up part is that 1 needs a prior auth and isn't getting it bcs it is under the wrong name! We have been here for the past few years, but I am thinking it is time to change. ?

I have been getting prescriptions and while there purchasing items for 11 years. Always taken care of. I can't ask for more than that. They always have shown me respect and concern for my needs.

never gone here and waited less than an hour for a script that according to the text message I get is filled, and o call ahead to say I'm coming... still over an hour. today? 2 hour adventure because 1 person took 20 minutes at the window then the pharmacist had to go to lunch. get back in line when lunch is over to wait another 20 minutes. ridiculous

I decided to use this location for my 'same day' photo order b/c they offer more products. The key to this is SAME DAY and I knew I'd get photo cards next day b/c I completed the order last evening, which I was okay with. I live closer to Parkesburg but my husband was going by the Coatesville location today. I got no email to say my order was ready. When I called to check today, I was told the machine for the cards was broken. I asked why no one called me and the girl put someone else on the phone who explained my photos and cards were indeed ready, but the machine for the photo cube I ordered was broken. I had to call 1-800 # and sit for 30 mins to get the refund for the photo cube. My husband just got home with our 100 Christmas photo cards and there are no envelopes! I called to let them know and the same girl from earlier answered. "I didn't put envelopes in there?" Obviously not. I hoped I could drive 15 minutes to Parkesburg to get them. Coatesville's manager asked me, the customer, to call and ask Parkesburg for them. Of course it is a holiday and they do not have enough to offer me. I have 100 cards with no envelopes and no photo cube but learned where not to go for photo services. I had already left the pharmacy b/c of poor customer service, long waits and medications out of stock. Very disappointing.

I've never had any issues at this particular location until recently . The past 2 times I've been here the pharmacy tech has been so blatantly rude to me I'm really thinking of switching pharmacies altogether. Learn how to treat your customers. Also even if you call your rX in the night before your order still won't be ready bc like the pharmacy tech says to me ---" As you can see we're backed up" . Seems like they're always "backed up"

Reeseville Rd, Coatesville, PA is worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. last perscription took 4 trips and two phone calls. pharmacist quoted one price, insurance carrier had much higher price $87. said I would settle for cvs goodrx price $67. was told I'd have to wait an additional 25 min for them to change billing. Moved perscription to Giant pharmacy $21.21.

Prescriptions are NEVER ready no matter what you do. They are great at doing automatic refills that you didn't authorize or want but if you drop off a new RX that is critical, it is never started before you arrive to pick it up. This lack of service also completely defeats the purpose of the drive through, which for me has become nothing more than a complaint counter. Service here has been sketchy at best and with the Walgreens in Coatesville recently closing, I cannot image this store effectively absorbing the extra customers. I'm over it and started moving my prescriptions to Hopewell Pharmacy.

I ordered refills of my heart medicine 2 days ago, I showed up today and the pharmacy asked me to wait for 20 minutes because it wasn't even started. The store manager Ray said they were backed up but the pharmacy was working as expected... perhaps Ray should have higher expectations because his customers certainly do.

I dropped off prescription at the drive thru. They said come back in 20 minutes. I came back over an hour later and they hadn't even started it. They told me to wait 10 minutes. I walked around and came back 10 minutes later. The girl started to give me the wrong prescription. They checked with each other and it turns out they still had not even started filling mine. I complained to the shift manager and even he agreed there was a problem with the pharmacy filling prescriptions. He said he would tell the manager but it still appears to be happening.

This place is awful! They put a "hold" on my husbands heart medication and did not fill the prescription for 4 days. When I asked why it was put on hold they just shrugged. It takes them forever to fill a prescription! I called in a refill and it wasn't ready until 24 hours after it was supposed to be filled. The worst part is they just don't care....your discomfort is not important to them in any way. Also, the manager hides in the back room when it gets too busy. I am not kidding, I have seen him do it when the lines get too long. He is probably trying to avoid having to listen to complaints. The company doesn't care either, I called them and never get to speak to a person to express my dis-satisfaction.

Doctor sent in script at 1230 pm. At 7 pm I was told a half hour. It's 8 pm and I'm still waiting...this is pretty crummy. I guess they wait until you come into the pharmacy to start on the script, but that goes against the whole point of the doctor sending it in electronically. Just d**** now I'm sick and waaaaaaaiiiiiitttttttting. Just....never again. I'll go elsewhere.

The manager of this location was tremendously appropriate with the irate idiot who made the evening pick up colorful in language and inappropriate. She held up the pick up lane and was violently cursing and carrying on. The manager did all he could have.
