Experiencing a closure of any business is sad especially for those who loved coming to this place. I am not sure when this dairy queen closed but when I came to get ice cream one night, as usual, it was an entire construction site. Who knows what this is going to be next, but I was quite surprised to see it under- construction. I rated this a 1 star because it does not exist. If this dairy queen was still open, a 5 star review would have been given.

If this diary queen is still around, it definitely isn't open until 10pm as there were no lights on that entire side of the road.

Better dip cones than Parkesburg store, the kind I remember as a kid. Really nice young man waited on us. I need to start remembering names.

A classic place to go grab some ice cream. The employees are great and keep things moving.I feel like the owners don't really care much for the business. The lot can use some taken care of.Unfortunately, DQ isn't what it used to be anymore.

Prices at this location are crazy expect to pay over $8 for 1 blizzard. I used to love this Dairy Queen but the prices have gone up compared to other locations

Love coming to this DQ location because it's close to my house. Extremely disappointed a few months ago when it went to Drive Thru Only, then window and Drive Thru and now back to Drive Thru Only! The line is very slow, yet I see 3-4 employees inside. Why is it Drive Thru Only when there clearly are enough people working inside to take orders from the windows?

Today is the last day I go to DQ. Paid for 2 small Ice cream Sundaes and looked like tiny servings. This is ridiculous. Wish I could show you all the picture of the ice creams. This is the last time I go to DQ. What a ripoff! ?

With nobody in line it took 10 minutes to get 2 blizzards(came out melted, sent back). Then came back with new 1s also melted and 1 wrong flavor

I grew up in a neighborhood adjacent to the DQ, I'm still living there. I believe the ownership has changed twice. The servings became smaller and the prices went up. Most of the time it is a long wait and the order isn't right. It usually is not worth it.

The server couldn't hear my order very clearly, but she made sure to fix it at the window (probably just an issue with the microphone at the ordering board)

Been stuck in line waiting for service for over 45 minutes because this is the only Dairy Queen in all of Chester County that refuses to provide counter service and that only does drive-through, but they provide you no warning of that online. If you value your time at all avoid going to the Dairy Queen, the ones in Westchester Exton and Downingtown all are way faster, cleaner and more respectful of patrons!!!!

Came here and saw a very long line but decided to wait it out. The line moved very fast even with a few customers placing larger orders. Service was friendly and not stressed about the high volume of customers. They even made a helpful suggestion to just change chocolate syrup for hot fudge (which I wanted to add) in my m&m blizzard rather than charging me extra and giving me a syrupy mess

5 bucks for a small sundae and only drive thru now heard the owners didn't pay much that's why they don't have any help

I ordered a Memorial Day cake and it was a big hit at the BBQ that I brought it to. They decorated it really nice for the holiday (red, white and blue). The communication at this location is great and Jason was very accommodating. I will definitely buy another cake from them!
