Good overall experience dealing with Kia of Coatesville. Was easy working with the sales team. They met my needs in a very professional way. The only thing I could say they could improve on is being a little more prepared when I had a scheduled appointment to pick up the vehicle. Had to wait over two hours before I was seen by finance. Other than that I would strongly consider buying another Kia from them.

I have an almost 2 year old car which has never missed any servicing- but there are Constant surprise costs even with “100,000 bumper to bumper warranty”. Maintenance (which required no new parts) cost $750 & most recent inspection with emissions cost $170 (so much for “free inspection”) there’s always some way for them to charge you a rather significant fee! They used to include a car wash- I have not had them offer that in over a year.

This was my first visit with Kia of Coatesville, and I was very impressed. The ease of making an appointment that worked with my schedule, the promptness of arriving and leave was fantastic. My technician was great at keeping me informed and letting me know all the details I needed, and was willing and capable of answer any and all questions!

I absolutely love this dealership! Every single member of the staff with whom I came in contact with was in a great mood and smiling! Pete B. in the service department was particularly awesome. I would drive from Wilmington every time, whether it’s to buy a new vehicle or wait in the lovely waiting area while my car is being serviced. Love it!

I love my car, the sales experience was good. One exception is there were a few scratches that i was told would be buffed and I was promised all weather mats. I visited 3 times and left 3 phone messages and was told someone would contact me (Eddie). I never heard back.My first service appointment yesterday was fabulous, those guys had great customer service!!!!!

We had an excellent experience leasing our new all-electric Niro at Coatesville Kia last weekend. The salesperson,Tristan, and the managers were all super-helpful and gave us a deal we are very happy with! Highly recommend.

Eddie - the Sales manager, Joel, the Finance manager; and Tristan took care of us. They are down to earth, straight shooters. The Car dealership is my 2nd least favorite place to visit, right behind the dentist. But these folks made it a pleasant and productive experience. They value relationships, clearly.

I'm very pleased with the service on my car & working with Garth Lewis Service Advisor. I came in for an oil change but also needed to replace air filters & brake fluid which I got done. Holding off on replacing the washer fluid tank at this time. I like being able to use coupons & having a trusting relationships with Kia is why I continue to return for service on my car.

These guys were awesome. I felt like I could trust them. Asked them if they could look at the cabin air filter. They could have told me that I needed to get a new one and get my lines flushed. But they told me everything looks good. Courteous, informative and helpful!

I was interested in trading in my Kia Seltos, and had plans to visit another dealer in the coming week but I saw Kia of Coatesville had the vehicle I wanted available along with a solid selection of cars I would've taken if my first choice was not an option. They also didn't mark up their vehicles like other dealerships in the are were doing. The conversation I had with the online staff was so good, I drove an hour just to see the Sportage I was interested in.The sales staff was friendly and professional. Q was willing to work with me making the process easy, and in no time, I drove off the lot with the vehicle I wanted. Needless to say I never made it to the other dealer.

Great place to buy a car. The people are polite, charismatic and listen to what vehicle you are interested in buying. They give good detail about vehicle. They offer great packages for maintenance. The service department is excellent and very polite. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone. Thanks Kia of Coatesville.

9/22/22 We had a wonderful experience. My family is more than happy with our new vehicle. Thank you to Jim Sapala and Jason.* UPDATE ***************** PLEASE READ!!!!! Horrible customer service 10/16/23I felt the need to make an updated review now that it has been a year since I’ve purchased the car. The first 11 months were great just driving and owning the car. August 13 23 my car was vandalized due to attempted theft. My car was put in the shop at Coatsville on the 15th of august at this location. I initially was told that this is an ongoing problem with Kia’s. (Theft) Parts could take up to six weeks. I was then called around the 15th of September to pick up my car. The pictures posted shows the condition my car was in when they were telling me my BRAND NEW CAR had been repaired. Clearly upset i stressed to the service manager as well as a gentleman on the sales side this isn’t acceptable given the car was brand new. They told me they fixed what the insurance approved. Clearly annoyed given the car was new. I told them it wasn’t right and I was very upset. Being charged for a rent a car since they failed to give me a loaner like what I was told during the sale of the vehicle. Now it would take even longer. A week and a half later I was called yet again to be told the car was done. I live about an hour away. A two hour round trip. I drive up again to get my car. Everything seemed ok. It was raining. Drive home opened the back door behind the drivers door and notice the seal wasnt replaced and it was scratched with indents and missing the black color exposing a grey color underneath in addition to when I got my toddler out of her seat and closed the back door there is still broken class bouncing around in the door. The first time I went to pick up the vehicle. It was absolutely filthy inside where my insurance paid them to clean it. I was told that my car would be detailed it was not which leads me to the last part of this review. Clearly absolutely upset after picking the car up for the second properly and bringing it home I called them back, letting them know what was wrong in addition to emailing their service manager Aaron pictures. After two weeks of calling relentlessly and not getting a phone call back. I kept calling when I was told by Garth. That he spoke to the service manager and they were willing to correct what was still wrong. I made an appointment for a drop off on Saturday, but explained that again I would need a rental car and or a loaner. Given the situation specifically I told him I was not thrilled about having to get a rental car again and that I would like to possibly have a loaner but if not, I would have to give my insurance company adequate time to get me a loaner. This was a Tuesday and he told me that he would let me know Thursday into Friday morning no later than 12 if he could get a loaner car or if I needed to arrange a rental car, he never called. I have called multiple times since then. To the date of October 16 I have had no further communication and all communication and effort has been on my part Solely. Also why it took three times between the shop and insurance to get it right.?!! I’ve also reached out to Kia motors who are absolutely not helpful at all for their consumers in any situation pertaining to the dealership, and or the ongoing issue with all kids being at risk of being vandalized. I have a 2023, so I was told I don’t qualify for the steering wheel anti lock device that they’re given away to combat the theft. My original post said that I would be a life long customer. This will be my first and last Kia purchase ever and I will promote to anyone buying a car to please stay away from Kia. I’ve given this dealership adequate patience. Put out a lot of money to be treated this way. Unacceptable !

The Kia Jim Sipala dealership deserves 10 stars‼️ Highly recommend this company‼️?White glove service from the entry. From our Sales Rep to Management to the finance members, they made a deal that seemed impossible that I waited on for months. Patient and explained everything to make you feel comfortable with the terms. We are forever grateful for what they achieved and thank them sincerely.??We’re so glad we found them and are now customers for life❣️

Purchased a super overpriced used Carnivale but that was my decision. They agreed to get the car prepped for a certain day. I show up and they had scratched a large part of one side pulling out of the carwash. They agreed to get it fixed and painted. They did that. Good paint job!Purchased as much warranty as possible because my grand children and children and my wife would be using this car everyday. Purchased scratch and dent warranty and also windshield and tire protection.Week one have a small star crack in the windshield (small as in less than 1 inch) and also realize spare looks torn. Rear entertainment system does notConnect to wifi. Take it to dealer a few weeks later.Service manager tells me1) star crack in windshield not covered as bigger than an inch. It isn't even now months later!2) tells me to update firmware for rear entertainment (really didn't even look at it). Why could they not just do it right there? Kia forums all know this system is crap but good dealers apparently can fix it. Remember bought this certified car for the kiddos and purchased all the warranty they were happy to sell including the entertainment system.3) tells me tire has an object in it and they will not cover it. What! I asked if it was checked when they prepped the car. Tells me "of course we must have." And that I should have checked it myself. Who actually checks a spare under the car when they buy it? Basically just sent me on my way. I guess my fault for not checking in the moment.4) now fancy seats not reclining on second row. Will take in and it should be covered. Not sure how that visit will go.Great car but not impressed by service so far.
