I only used the parts department to do my own brakes shocks spark plugs oil filters air cleaners and other EZ car/truck stuff. .. The parts department is great . I always got the right part I asked for . They made sure they got it right by checking the vin. When I call on the phone they answer and help and are never in a hurry to get you off the phone until the right part you are looking for is found .. Thumbs up 5 stars parts Department.....

Service department is a joke! I can not say enough bad things about this dealerships service Dept. Absolutely horrible. They try to sell you these service plans and I never buy them. Salesman asks why, well, because your service departments are horrible. They keep the vehicle for a much longer time than a private mechanic, they charge insane prices, and they can't seem to get things right. I can't even get them to fix issues on a brand new vehicle let alone honor an extended warranty! I realize I'm just one person but my wife just bought a Ford from another dealership and I'm ordering another truck this year and will certainly be from another dealership!

Bought a new car from them, it was a demo car. I was told they were going to give me money off it since it had a lot of miles on it for a new car. I also received the x-plan. When I came down to the final price sheet, it didn't have the discount for the demo car. The sales manager wasn't going to tell me they weren't giving me the demo car price until I asked about it because i had the x-plan. After taking the car home I noticed the car had multiple scratches and stain in the interior. Also trash was left in the car from the dealers driving it around. Terrible sales experience don't appreciate being lied to. Don't recommend that dealership.

We brought our DogWatch van in because it was having engine issues that other mechanic shops could not seem to figure out what the problem was .. Tom Sweeney at quicklane in Coatesvile not only took the time to understand the issues but was able to do an in depth precise diagnosis that led them to the root of the problem. Our van is now back on the road as it should be and I could not be happier with how this was handled from start to finish . Not only is Tom a perfectionist at what he does but the front people are also pleasant to deal with as well all which makes for a great team .

Do not recommend using their services. Brought my 2019 F250 to Brian Hoskins for service. Expected OEM prices, no issue. Authorized the service manager Kevin to perform all scheduled maintenance. He changed the fuel filter, a 30,000 mile task at 18000 miles and charging me $210. Lie to me directly, twice, about the service interval. They were asked on three separate visits to fix the 7 pin trailer connection, this should be corrected under warranty. This issue is still not resolved I was charged for diagnostics. I was treated very rudely for even questioning the charges. Not going back! Very poor Ford representative. New Ford Bronco, maybe not?

I went in to have my car checked for a vibrating noise. After waiting 90 minutes i was told that it was probably the heat shield and wasn't a problem as they get loose and vibrate. Then he proceeded to tell me I needed brakes all around and my license plate light was out. Brakes all around and bulb = $650. I said I'd have to wait until I got paid. I went immediately to AAA and had my brakes checked. No problem with them passing inspection but I may need them in 10,000 miles depending on my driving habits.

Brian Hoskins Ford's service department is amazing. They are reliable, honest, and affordable for the quality work that they provide. I would highly recommend getting your vehicle serviced here. The service staff is friendly and willing to help in anyway possible.

Stopped in for an oil change in their Quicklane service. Was told I would have to wait over 24 hours. How can you call it Quicklane? Went to D’Ambrosio’s and they took my car right away.

Well it's on how you look at it service sucks I'm not happy and they will know that today buying financing talking to the service advisor is fine having the work done and being double check by the service advisor is what they're lacking the people that actually work on the cars is so poor work quality is absolutely horrible what I paid for was put on and the rest was forgotten I wanted rain guards I got 2 i paid for 4 there's two on the truck I should not have to go back down today and asked were are the other 2 that I paid for they need to have a manager over see them double check their work and sign it off before the customer comes and picks up their vehicle enough said.

Worst Dealer, stay away from here. We got a truck from this Dealer, Dave told us that everything was good and three months later engine and transmission stop working. Definitely don't waste your time and Money. Thanks
