Things could be better. You're lucky if you have an postal worker actually SPEAK words to you, when you visit. All jobs come with headaches, but every day you can make a change. Postal work is customer service. It's called the United States Postal Service. Act with service.

Worst post office I have ever been to. I paid USPS to deliver a package in 1 day. They failed to deliver the package in 1 day. The receipt said money back guarantee. I went to get my money back but they didn’t have enough cash on hand to give my money back. Got busy with life, went back to get my money back but missed the 30 day window by 13 days. The clerk was icy and uncaring. Zero customer service, absolutely zero customer service. If I would have been within the 30 days, I would have had to fill out a lengthy application for refund form by hand. Which makes it beneficial for them, they can promise 1 day or whatever delivery, take your money, fail to deliver, and you’ll not want to waste precious time filling out a lengthy form. So they’ll keep your money and fail to deliver on their promise. My advice, go somewhere else to do business if you can. The Coatesville Post Office is not in the customer service business. The policy is a joke. There shouldn’t be a 30 day refund policy on this matter. I paid you to deliver a time sensitive package in 1 day and you said you could - guaranteed. Yet, you failed to deliver. You say money back guarantee. You failed to deliver on that promise. For now on I will only ship with USPS and FedEx. Not just because of this situation. For many years now, the Post Office has been in a steady decline across all key business categories. The Coatesville Post Office is the epitome of bad customer service.

Worst office. One mailman I know for sure gets high on drugs and smokes marijuana with customers. Older man with “One good hand.”
The women supervisor is off in the head, she can’t for the love of god comprehend life. Overall is a dirty environment that is ran like a circus. And the carries act like pre teens with raging with hormones. ** BEWARE DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!**

Lady was rude!!!! Their prices suck!!! They charge you priority tape and charge you 12 dollar shipping. I use to get priority tape for free!!! Post office is getting greedy and they don't always deliver accordingly!!! I was told USPS customer service reps don't want to tape people's boxes!!! I'm laughing cause they ve never taped mine, just provided the tape for me to close the priority box!!! Greedy, lazy, inconsiderate people?

Ignorant ill informed people working behind the counter. I am a small business who ships 20-30 packages a day. Recently moved and my first visit they refused to accept the packages and scan form because I used black packing tape. They will only accept clear or brown. The USPS has been accepting colored packing tape for years. The desk clerk and her supervisor would only say it was their policy to accept only clear or brown tape. I traveled 4 miles to another post office who were very happy to accept the packages.

The black lady Samantha is rude and unbecoming. She is disgusting and disrespectful towards the customers. If my box is missing, I will file a lawsuit against her and that post office. She needs recurring training.
