I believe Justin was our towing technician today. It was definitely a challenge due to our location and the issue with our vehicle. He was amazing, professional and friendly. Got the job done. I highly recommend this towing service.

This place will tell you to take your vehicle to their shop or it will cost you …then they charge an insane amount of money to fix it. Aaa has been called and this company is under review

I was connected with them through my AAA call. I am sitting in the middle of a main road stuck. I called the company back after waiting for around 40 minutes just to ask for an ETA on the tow truck when Morgan answered the phone with a horrible attitude and continued to say it was on Route, and when I asked for a guesstimate since I’m blocking a main road, she continued to snip at me saying it was “on route” then proceeded to call triple A and CANCEL my tow truck when I asked to speak to someone else in the shop. So now I have to wait even longer for another tow company to be contacted. Horrible attitude and horrible service.

I cannot recommend this company more. I called them at 8pm sobbing because my battery/alternator gave out on the highway 79. The person that answered my call was so sweet and helped me to calm down and sent a tow truck right away. The tow truck driver was also very kind and calming. They got me off the highway within the hour. I cannot thank you all enough.

This company went above and beyond. My son was stuck on I 79 and they got to him within 15 minutes. They were polite they were thorough. I would recommend them 100 times over. I wanna thank them again and again.

My car broke down on I-79 Sunday around noon. Was traveling home to Erie with plans to attend Bills/Chiefs game in Buffalo at 4:30 p.m. Tim S. quickly came with a tow, drove my fiancé and I home, and sent us on our way before taking mg car to the shop. I was in my seat at Highmark Stadium shortly after kickoff. Could not believe it. Tim was friendly, professional and helpful. Thank you to Tim and to Leonard’s for an evening I’ll never forget!

They must have been busy because I had to wait over an hour for a tow. The driver was friendly and courteous. I'm glad I double checked where he was towing my car to because he had the wrong business name down. They are a bit on the expensive side but at least my car was delivered safely.
