Hey, a little cheaper price would have been nice, but it was very important that I got a functional backseat for my 2013 Kia Sorento, and they provided. After a very frustrating experience w many other junkyards who wanted to argue with me that any backseat from 2011-2013 would fit, or only, but all 2013 models would work. Neither which was the case, only a backseat from a model without the third row seating option, which changes the bolt configuration. Slight attitude on verifying my specific request, but ultimately a success and I even see in invoice notes that i was heard and it was not just a coincidence that I got exactly what I needed. Thank You!

Not the friendliest people. I purchased a car door from eBay and picked it up myself. Guy at the counter gave me somewhat of a hard time. I don’t think they liked the fact that I picked it up and they couldn’t charge shipping which would have cost more than I paid for the door!

I got a new seat for my car at Patterson and it's perfect in every way. Travelling to Patterson from Pittsburgh is worth the trip. Great service and dealer recommended. Very pleased. Rob was very friendly and helpful.

I have purchased several parts from Patterson, including two sets of wheels and an engine, I think. They have always treated me fairly and given unexpectedly low prices. Once when they sold me a bad batch of wheels (severe rust damage), they volunteered to replace the set at no additional cost. I plan to return for future car part needs.

I cannot speak to the quality of work this company does, but I can speak to the quality of customer service. I I am a school media specialist in Maryland. One of my students got into a car accident around Christmas time. She had to quickly grab her things from the car, and she left one of our school's library books in the car. Kevin from Patterson Auto Wrecking found the book in in the car and mailed it back to my school. When I showed my 5th grader, her eyes filled with tears because she thought she had lost one of our books. Kudos to Kevin for the kindness and compassion he showed.

I bought a 2.4 l engine for a Chevrolet Equinox about 2 months ago. Engine runs great with no issues. The staff was very friendly and helpful with loading it into my truck. I even received a free T-shirt that I wear and advertise for them. They're business is approx 140 miles from my area but it's worth the drive to get great parts from honest people.

I was about 1/2 way through opening this crate before I realized it was picture worthy. I run the parts department at an independent euro specialty shop and we had a BMW customer that wanted his dashboard replaced. Of course the dash is on backorder with no ETA, could be a few weeks... could be years, maybe never. I was asked to find a used dash (very specific color) which I'm usually hesitant to do because getting damaged during removal or in shipping is common. I have to say in 25 years of parts experience I've never seen a used part packed so well. If you need something fragile order with confidence from Patterson, they'll go out of their way to make sure it arrives undamaged. The invoice was as expected no hidden fees which a lot of salvage yards are doing now. I will 100% being adding Patterson high up on my list of used parts vendors.

AMAZING!! I called them, needed interior trim piece for a Denali . It was an odd color . Not only did they give me vin to verify color , they sent pictures . There was a couple light spots in it , Melissa double checked cleaned it up sent me new pictures called me telling me it cleaned up very well . Shipped it to me (probably the best packing I have seen) very quickly ! Everything was perfect I will 100% deal with them again !!!!!

I made a purchase from this seller on eBay, I paid more than 360 dollars for a harness for a Scion and he sent me the harness with part of a wire cut, I realized it some time later because due to health problems I could not open the package, and That's why I was scammed, I told the seller and he said he would send him the harness, I can't send it because I don't have guarantees from eBay anymore, he just wanted the harness to see it, I sent him the photos and he didn't believe what I said. He just threw away my money and they scam me, please don't buy here, I advise you, thank you
