Horrible customer service. I would normally not write a bad review but I am because they're sales dept keeps calling my business trying to sell me their products and when we finally decide to try them again their sales fullfilment process takes weeks. I used to order a lot of wire from them in the previous years but their customer service changed dramatically. The product is good but the reponse times are ridiculous. I emailed them a list of about 25k ft of wire we need asap 2 weeks ago and still haven't heard from them. I have sent several follow up emails to them and still no answer. This has happened to me about 4 times this year. They're website doesn't allow you to order online so that needs a major change. I just don't understand why their sales dept bugs my business so much if they're not interested in making a sale. I'm extremely confused.

Not a retail establishment, but pick-ups from online orders are ok. Parking can be tight.

On 6/14/20, my business ordered some wire from Allied Wire and Cable. I received two emails immediately saying my order had been confirmed and paid for. Two weeks later on 6/29, when I hadn't received the wire (that they charged me $19.25 for shipping) I called. The man I talked to told me that my order was still sitting there unprocessed. No calls from them, no emails, no communication whatsoever. This is shockingly poor customer service and I will never do business with them again.
