Luke was awesome! Let me charge my phone as it had no battery and helped me find a car charger for iPhone 15 pro. If you need anything ask him he is very knowledgeable. Great customer service.

If you use AT&T as your carrier and live anywhere near the Collegeville AT&T store, go there for any purchases, issues, etc. Sam is the manager of the store. He is the best at navigating you through any purchases or updates.

Was there on 12/29/21 at 5PM and was racially profiled by what we are assuming is the manager. Since we did not have a SIM card in the iPhone 12 that was received as a Christmas gift, it was assumed we *stole* the phone instead of thinking that perhaps something was amiss on Apple’s end. It was also insinuated that we did not have an AT&T account simply because our father who is the primary account holder was not there. All in all, the encounter was horrible and very telling of the character of one specific AT&T employee. We all have bad days but this was inexcusable. Would give zero stars if possible.

this store will add lines to your account without you knowing watch out for the new manager he's known for adding lines to accounts without people knowing! make sure you review your bill before you leave and when you get your first bill. they will add Direct tv stream without your knowledge. you don't need to have insurance when you buy a new phone but they tell you, you do! that is unethical. they will always add "next up" which is $5 a month without tell you why they are adding it please please be careful going into these store owned by Prime Communication they are set up to add things to your account so they can earn more commission. This store also had covid out break recently and did not close the store right away even though the management was notified and remained in operation for 3 days infecting countless customers! this Management team puts profit and sales above the safety of their safe and customers!

This was the best customer service experience! Nelson was very professional, quick, in&out with starting a new account, answered all questions, very knowledgeable, offered options and promos, there was a new girl as well who was very nice. This is how customer service anywhere should be!!!
