Was impressed with how easy it was to find what I needed and use the app for discounts. Quick check out and had my prescription in hand faster than I expected with several customers ahead of me. Good experience.

10:00 pm, 1 hour before closing, I was greeted immediately and offered assistance, if needed. The store was in order and the staff was responsive and willing to help. Both hello and goodbye. This Collegeville store is the best CVS I have had the pleasure of doing business with. This also includes the pharmacy. Best pharmacy experience ever, prescriptions are on time and the staff always asking if I understood my prescriptions and needed any additional help. Being a retired manager it’s always great to see the workers carry the store after hours where they’re likely without store management.on scene. GREAT JOB and keep up those standards. Thanks

I had an appointment at the Minute Clinic and was assisted by Rebekah. I forgot some critical paperwork, but she immediately stepped in to help, saving me the hassle of canceling and rescheduling my appointment. Her willingness to help made a stressful situation much easier. Rebekah’s professionalism, efficiency, and friendly demeanor were truly appreciated. Thanks to her, my visit was smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend her for outstanding service!

Price seems so high. For everything. There are stickers to almost all items showing $3 off, but I am still wonder when that will be applied? I paid full price.

The other day, I went in with a somewhat time-sensitive visit at the minute clinic. When I signed up assuming i’d have to wait a couple of hours before I could be seen- a nurse that happened to catch me before I left took me right in! Granted, that was a bit of a stroke of luck, but all things considered I never felt like a burden to their time. Very personable, empathetic staff. Rebekah stood out to me in my second half of my trip (I wish I remembered the first woman that helped me’s name as well, she was equally amazing.) We were able to have great conversation, I felt fully informed of my ailments at the time, and she demonstrated a sincere care for not only me but for her job itself. I feel pleased with my visit, and with the staff’s hospitality and experience.

The pharmacy is always busy because so many people are over medicated, needing multiple medications filled and checked for safety. I always try to go when I’m not in a rush and never go through the drive thru because usually the slowest person works there. Overall, I get my meds when I need them and never try to rush.
