Review for the minute clinic- while they were running a little behind, once I was seen it was an easy and helpful experience. Polite and knowledgeable nurse and doctor providing basic care in a hurry. Thanks for the great service you provide.

1st time at this CVS pharmacy last week due to needing a rx filled. By far, best experience at a CVS pharmacy, thanks to the tech and team who went above and beyond to confirm the correct price of rx as well as updated insurance info. Thank you CVS team!

The pharmacy is always busy because so many people are over medicated, needing multiple medications filled and checked for safety. I always try to go when I’m not in a rush and never go through the drive thru because usually the slowest person works there. Overall, I get my meds when I need them and never try to rush.

Pharmacy closed for lunch until 2pm. Ridiculous. They ever hear of rotating lunch. I keep telling my wife to transfer scripts. CVS is the worst and not the best prices.

By far the best CVS. Pharmacists and staff are always friendly and willing to help. It can get busy, but I’ve never had to wait long. Thank you CVS.

The employees here are always very friendly and will go out of their way to help you find anything you are looking for. The pharmacy is also very helpful and knowledge about the meds each poison is taking. Highly recommend.

Horrible CVS! The Minute Clinic is horrible. In one week, I will have visited this clinic five times just to get a simple tb test completed and read. Why is that? I went Friday and was told I had to come back the next day because the clinic was closed Sunday and Monday. I was scheduled an appointment for 3:50 today. I arrived and was told it was too late. I missed the 48-72 hour window by 20 minutes. I have to go back again because of their incompetence. Shouldn't they know this? Shouldn't Saturday's person have known to schedule me before 3:30? I hope I do not get charged for twice for this. In the past the CVS failed to also have my prescriptions despite giving me times to pick it up. If you don't have it, okay, but don't give me a call and say it is ready then. Shame this is the closest CVS!

The pharmacist is awesome and very nice and goes over any questions you might have. It’s the staff there that make this place not worth it and they make me uncomfortable. I literally get anxiety having to go here or call. They are so rude and treat you like they don’t have time for you. I go there and ask a question and they don’t listen. If I call on the phone their slamming the phone in my ear and don’t even say anything like have a nice day. I can’t even finish my one sentence before they interrupt me. If I’m such an annoyance to you I’ll just go somewhere else. I shouldn’t have to put up with this over one prescription I get monthly.

Don't use health hub or minute clinic. I am w/o insurance at this time. Went to get a cholesterol test. Results were high. Corporate said results were too high for meds. Refused me meds. Told me to find a specialist. (W/o insurance) so I paid for tests and they refused meds. Steer clear. Would give zero stars if I could.

There was a shift completely with almost entire staff and management due to many circumstances. After the Covid nightmare and national shortage of so many essential products people should give this CVS another chance and review properly. (Updated review to current rating if need be) The front end staff and pharmacy are ALWAYS a pleasure to deal with. All retail is bouncing back, including our hometown CVS in Collegeville. Young lady who works during the day always goes above and beyond the call for many customers as does their management. As far as the pharmacy goes, many new laws have made getting any controls difficult to obtain. This is not CVS fault. It has to do with laws, regulations as well as insurance policies with your health insurance. This particular CVS should be given higher scores in my opinion. Give these people a break who have been working in extremely stressful conditions. I do believe majority of their workers are truly doing their best. Be kind and give these workers who are committed to their job and who have big hearts a break. You never know what someone is going through l, especially after this pandemic ?. Businesses are bouncing back, but still are short staffed. This is all across the board. I love my hometown Collegeville, CVS and their friendly and helpful staff. ♥️

Brain cyst found by mri. Multiple prescriptions were sent here. The one for the pain was held up by cvs pharmacy.. reason given : we need doctors approval to fill because it’s a narcotic… next day after doctors approval cvs staff says they now need to confirm my insurance that was fine for every other script sent there… Don’t use this pharmacy if you need a prescription or if it’s for something serious. Was told now by cvs it could be days before insurance approves prescription. Never in my life have I been so frustrated and the way these ppl talk to you, just avoid at all cost. It’s staffed on par with McDonald’s drive Thru

Always helpful and willing to check things for me. Compared to other CVS in the area, a true treat...I'm literally now driving 1/2 hour to them just to avoid other ones!
