Liked the store but could have done without the miserable old lady at the counter. She was very friendly to another elderly ladies ahead of me and I soon as it was my turn to pay her whole attitude changed. I just asked her if she had change for a $50 and she didn’t have change for it which is fine but she was not very nice about it. Luckily there was a very friend woman behind me who could give me change. They should teach their employees better people skills

Rude old lady works the counter. They refused to blow up balloons I bought online after I offered to pay. even though they offer to sell a product they don’t sell and I bought it myself online. Her attitude and behavior was off putting enough to leave a bad review.

Hours posted on the door say open until 9 PM on weekdays…. When I showed up today, at 8:30, the doors were locked and the store was closed. Ridiculous.
