I went in search of shoes that I could wear to a wedding, but that I could also wear regularly so I could get my moneys worth out of them. Unfortunately I did not find many that would work for me. I have wide feet and only saw two shoes in a wide size. Then the shoes I found that I liked were not in my size. Luckily I was able to find one pair that would work for me, even though I didn’t really like the way they looked. I also found that the shoes in the “clearance“ section were still quite expensive so I’m not sure what clearance means here. On the bright side I was able to find a coupon to use and the cashier was very nice. Next time I shouldn’t wait until the last minute to go shoe shopping.

If I could give negative stars, they'd get -5 stars. I went to return a pair of sneakers that my husband bought just a couple of hours prior. To my shock and surprise, the nice cashier called for the manager (?), who proceeded to tell me that she couldn't take my return! The reason: my account was flagged for prior returns! Now, I was not aware that it was against the law to make multiple returns! But according to DSW it is! Since when is it a crime to change your mind? Buyer beware! Purchase at your own risk! You may not be able to return it!

When looking for a specific sneakers, I found them at DSW. My doctor recommended wearing thinner soles, not the chunky ones that are in style, since she said seniors need to feel the ground when they walk. I happen to see the manager, John, and cannot thank him enough for spending time with me. He's an expert on shoes! I was impressed and appreciate his help. I bought two pairs of comfortable Sketchers with thin soles and plan to buy one more pair my next visit.

I went in to use my $15 rewards. It honestly is what made me go over for the day. I found a nice pair of sneakers and was looking forward to using my discount.Unfortunately when I showed my email. I had mistaken the date and it expired the day before. The cashier was like I'm sorry that stinks, I'd be so mad. Then she unexpectedly said let me use this code it will give you $10 off. I was beyond happy and grateful. Thank you for having wonderful staff. Even though it was my mistake on the date of expiration the cashier made me enjoy my experience. I will definitely be back to this location especially for the customer service.

I ordered boots online for my birthday, and they were beautiful but too narrow. I went in to this location and the Manager John couldn’t have been more nice and helpful! I exchanged them and ended up saving even more money with promotions that I wasn’t aware of, but John made sure I logged in my app and received the extra discount!Thank you again for your help John. I will definitely be back!

I had really great help from John, the manager, who took lots of time and made me feel enthusiastic about the purchase but not in a salesy way. I could also see that he was making his staff feel energized and happy. As someone who normally hates shopping for shoes, I was really thrilled with the experience. Thanks John! :)
