“Wow. I can't say enough about the knowledge and efficiency of the service provided by Brandon. My system is old with numerous querks and I had 2 differentproviders look at it. The last one spent hours and left it in worse shape. Bandon diagnosed several problems almost immediately and then got it working better than ever.He explained everything in terms i could understand so I could troubleshoot on my own for minor cliches. “Existing phone was damaged badly Thursday 7/3/25. Went to T-Mobile Saturday 7/5/25. Was helped by Ethan (a supervisor from Princeton, NJ). “Good team good items I went in to rent a temporary laptop while my desktop was being repaired and the process was smooth and simple ... not drawn out like back in the day when you had to pull out your moms social and have a arm length list of references. It went really well. the Team and manager was very patient and thorough went over the terms in detail whole process took about 30 -40 mins from in the door and out”
“I had a watch delivered me and had problems getting it set up. After being on the phone for almost 2hrs total after 2 phone calls to customer service. Then being told I was going to need to send the new watch back to T-Mobile in order to get a replacement one. I went to the T-Mobile Experience in the King of Prussia mall Albi the manager and Jenn the associate were able to help me with my problem and I didn't have to send the watch back. I walked out with a fully functional watch for my son to use. Thank you Albi and Jenn, I was not expecting walk out with a phone.”

“I really enjoy shopping at this Target location in Wayne! The store is always well-organized and clean, which makes finding what I need super easy. The staff here are genuinely helpful and friendly - they'll actually walk you to an item if you can't find it instead of just pointing you in the right direction.
What I love most is how they keep popular items well-stocked, especially in the grocery section. Their produce section has gotten so much better over the years, and I can usually grab fresh ingredients for dinner along with household essentials. The clothing section has some great basics and seasonal pieces at reasonable prices.
The checkout process is usually pretty smooth, though it can get busy on weekends. I appreciate that they have both self-checkout and regular lanes available. Parking is decent sized for the area, though it fills up during peak shopping times.
The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and efficient when I need prescriptions filled. Overall, this Target hits the sweet spot of convenience, selection, and value. It's become my go-to spot for everything from groceries to home goods. Definitely recommend this location to anyone in the area!”
