For my first request, I mentioned the item had sentimental value and the technician reached out to me personally to discuss options as the flashlight could not be returned while also giving a replacement. He could have just processed the order, but instead reached out. Very pleased with their service and reliability of the products. I always opt for Streamlight equipment as an LEO.”

“The store manager K helped very diligently with my Tmobile Jump application and approval. I had a large amount of issues within this process, and she was able to get everything sorted out for me. Although it was very time-consuming, She handled everything with maximal service and my minimal input. I would strongly recommend this Tmobile branch amongst others in the area. One other staff member made me feel welcome and accompanied during this process. However, there was one other staff member who was clearly inexperienced and didn't know all of Tmobiles' features/programs. He attempted to act like a pro falsely and was unprofessional and rude. However, this was a very small part of my experience, and luckily, he didn't ruin it for the rest of the outlook on the location.”

“I recently purchased an iPhone 14 for my son from a different location (Trooper).. it was not a pleasant experience for many different reasons. But today. I stopped in at the King of Prussia location and was waited on by a very pleasant, professional and polite man, Frank C. Frank C had an answer for my question and handled it quickly and with patience. In the future I and my son will only deal with the reps at King of Prussia. My understanding is that the King of Prussia store ( in the mall) is corporate- the Trooper store is not. Again a shout out to Frank C for outstanding service with a smile at the King of Prussia TMobile store!”

“What's good: customer service was great.What was concerning:I've just spent $525.37 worth of items and the least they could do is remember to put everything that was purchased into the bag. The associate forgot to add what was the most expensive item which was my XBOX Series X SSD memory. Now I have to go back there and explain this to someone there tomorrow and hope there's no hastle.The associate should've double checked but in all fairness we were engaged into some good conversations and she was trying to assist other customers well past the closing time and I was in the store for over an hour.Post edit 08/01/2023: They managed to hold on to the SSD however, I realized upon opening the PS3 GoldenEye Reloaded case it contains a heavily scratched PS2 game of GoldenEye Rogue Agent. I'll have to give them a call about that one tomorrow. Overall outside this blip it's been a pretty good experience. I'm pretty sure I can get an exchange on the game and everything else that was purchased was checked and approved ?”
