“Hands down, this Verizon store has the most capable and get-it-done guru’s I’ve seen. Technician Eddie in particular solved all problems and got me onto a better plan. I had a legacy Verizon plan that had a meltdown leaving my phone in SOS mode and my other devices on a trickle feed of data. Online tech support and other Verizon stores couldn’t help me. Eddie got the Verizon back office on the horn and fixed problems no-one else could solve. Thx.”

“I had the best experience at the Verizon store in Berwyn PA thanks to Charlie. We have recently switched to YouTube FIOS from regular cable and the learning curve is rough. We had some issues trying to figure out how to set it up. The original rep who sold us the plan was fine/just ok …but Charlie’s customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to help us with the set up. I can’t thank him enough for explaining everything, being patient and taking the time to help us. “What started out as a pleasant experience turned out to be a nightmare. We had to go to the Experience store in KOP to have the mess cleaned up that began at the Malvern location.
We went in to begin a new service with T Mobile and ended up with charges and security deposits that never needed to be charged. We also weren’t told majority of the information that the employee should have informed us on before making the switch. Instead, he was just worried about getting the new account for his benefit and not the customer.
We should have known when we walked in to this location and the employee said, “I have to be honest with you, we don’t usually get anyone in this store.”
Luckily we had a MUCH better experience at the King of Prussia experience store and they were able to get everything situated.
Alex and Wil (KOP) went above and beyond to make sure our time with them was nothing like what we had experienced in Malvern and were beyond helpful and knowledgeable with the product that they promote.”
