“My husband and I went to this tmobile store today after having a not so great experience at the one closest to us a while ago. What a pleasant surprise to be helped by Roland!! He first answered questions we had about our bill then helped us upgrade our equipment. Every step he made pleasant and throughly explained everything. We also had our young children with us. He was so friendly and kind to them as well. We will definitely be returning to this store for anything we need! There was another gentleman that helped us with checking out and setting up equipment. I wish I remembered his name to also give him credit as well. Again, a very pleasant experience with him.”

“I’m here at the Malvern location where I came with what I thought was an unfixable problem I’ve never seen before. I was so kindly greeted by your employee Joseph. While admitting it was an unusual problem after I explained it he said he would try absolutely everything to get it working. It needed an internal shut down that he realized quickly & explained it to me effectively which should require an immediate promotion for that alone. He was patient with me & my mother.
