Delt with Sean today at the storage facility in Collegeville PA. He was a pleasure to deal with, not only in his professional manner, but he never rushed anything and explained everything with a very friendly attitude. I would go as far as to say that the company should forward customers that are having issues with ESS Customer Reps at other locations who are non responsive to the customers needs to Sean as a national representative of the company for his attentiveness to the customer which is second to none.

I recommend the Extra Space storage location (Collegeville) as it is very well maintained. We have been using this service for several years. Sean has provided top notch customer service in answering our questions. Just learned about the phone app that makes it much easier access.

We move our things in on the weekend but the sign up process was easy and recieved a follow up call from a helpful man named Sean.
After renting the unit and moving out about a year later I'd like to update my review. I was very pleased with the rental at Extra Space! It was very clean, dry and completely rodent and bug free! Sean was great to work with! Thank you Extra Space!
