Whoever is driving the vehicle #PNE270035 is going to end up costing you a lot of money unless someone gives him a good talking to. This morning this driver cut me off twice so they could speed in a residential neighborhood and then had to swerve to miss a police traffic stop past a blind hill. Pull your tape.

Horrible person at the counter. I received the shipment a day before and the box is slightly bent no ripped or anything. I went back to return it next day because it wasn't the right item for me and the guy at the Counter said you need to buy a new box and we will charge you For the box and packing before you can ship this out. The box has to be in excellent condition before you can ship it, and I said why did you bent the box before you delivered and there was no answer to that. Stop selling your store items on purpose if you can't make money with shipping services. Finding excuses and wasting customers time. Just dropped it off to another fedex and no issues at all.

The team here is awesome. I am here typically 1-2x per week and they are always helpful and efficient.
They also helped me immensely with shipping some items to family in CA, packing the objects well to ensure they weren’t damaged in transit.

Constantly delivers packages to the wrong location even though there’s a sign and their drivers have come to the right door multiple times when the package requires signature I hate fed ex and I feel like they have no accountability as a company they should be able to track the driver and hold them responsible for this

I went in today to pick up a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house, which I paid $20 expedited shipping fee for because it was an important package (bridesmaid dress). FedEx said they couldn’t deliver it because the address was incorrect. After seeing the package, it is correctly addressed and matches my drivers license.
I mentioned this to the employee “helping” me and after confirming that everything was correct and he just said “who knows what happened” and offered no assistance.
Not helpful, not friendly, and unprofessional. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very welcoming & helpful. Needed a quick print project for my new job! Pat was so helpful. He not only walked me through the steps of submitting, but also made suggestions on paper quality. I appreciated his expertise & offering to trim tge images so it had a better presentation! I will definitely be back for all of my corporate print projects! In a world with a lack of service skills it was refreshing to have such a positive experience!

The “email your attachment to print” service is useless. Stupid me only gave myself 25 minutes to print something at Fed Ex this morning, thinking that surely that would be enough time. It wasn’t until 40 minutes after emailing my attachment that the code necessary to print came back. I’d left by then, because who has 40 minutes to just stand around a Fed Ex waiting to be able to print?

I was in a rush to get a large format printout and went to the Collegeville store expecting to be able to quickly do it myself. Pat (manager) and Ryan (staff) helped me immensely through the process offering great advise on how best to prepare the materials.
When I was ready to print though, I couldn't do it myself. Pat said they could do so but they had a couple of jobs ahead of mine. Unfortunately, I had to be somewhere with the materials within the hour.
Pat was incredibly generous and dropped what he was doing to print my work. He was finished in about 20 min and I was off to my appointment. My apologies if someone's scheduled work was impacted, but I wanted to recognize the team for their helpfulness and flexibility.
My appointment went very well and the printout was very well received, primarily because of the work of Pat and Ryan.

Ralph was zero help and made me realize that the UPS store was definitely the store to use…luckily his coworker stepped in to save the transaction.
