I once bought a toy hamster from here and was so excited to love and cherish it. When me and my hamster arrived home, I went to apply some batteries in Mr. Hamster. I unscrew his back compartment, and find NO slot for the batteries to be placed. I was floored. My poor hamster would never be able to walk, due to NO SOLT FOR BATTERIES. Have no fear, we have bonded and our friendship is inseparable. He is doing well and he even has his very own cage and has made new friends along the way. Mr. Hamster has adapted and recovered from the trauma and distress that this caused.. no batteries slot can be very effective to the heart and mind… My hamster was ONCE a dud and NOW.. he still is a dud, BUT he will always be in my heart, even though he is a dud hamster. ❤️

Without a doubt every visit, there are ALWAYS TONSSSS of boxes in front of the shelves, usually in front of the home decor and pet stuff. I can never find anything!!!! So aggravating!!!

Terrible customer service! They have a written policy on their website that they will take a return ANYTIME. I had a pair of workout gloves that are completely brand new and had the receipt (purchased in 2022). Per their official policy on their website, they should have helped and returned this $5 pair of gloves. I wasted almost 1 hour in going there & back, just to be told they can't return it beyond 30 days of purchase. I showed the manager on duty this policy on their website, but he said the store manager said no. NOT FOLLOWING THEIR OWN POLICY!
