THIS COMPANY is what gives the towing/repossession business the worst reps. They don’t like answering or returning phone calls, then when you do get someone on the phone, they’ll only discuss details of the vehicle through email only. Then, it takes twice as long for a response from that. They’ve made it damn near impossible to pick up a vehicle with there ridiculous demand of sending a pic of your ID 24-48 hours in advance, having to have an appointment & refusing to give the exact address of where said vehicle is being stored. The owner, he’s rude & belligerent, his version of reality is slightly warped & he threatens by screaming to see you in court but tries to play victim. Prices kept changing in comparison to what’s in the contract. Crooks

Karma will come around to these scammers trying to keep cars 4 or 5 days before giving it back with all their "rules" aka nonsense to keep charging money. They are liars, hang up on people when it's close to closing time so you can't make an appointment. They damaged a driveway and disturbed a whole neighborhood. And this is legal behavior? Really? Especially when a lender is to blame, this is absolute BS to treat people this way. I don't know why anyone would purposely give them any kind of business. You will get back what you put out in this world, and they are the lowest of low.

I don't know what kind of scam or cash scheme these guys are running, nor do I really care but don't make it so difficult for people to reclaim their property. My partner ran into Wawa at 5:30 in the morning, and parked at the closed laundromat across the street, which just lost a customer. In the 10 minutes it took to get a cup of coffee for his drive down to Delaware for work, they towed his car. It was so fast he thought his car was stolen. He walks 3 miles home. No phone because it's in the truck so once he's home we communicate through email. We finally get all of the necessary paperwork (it's a company car) to pick it up and they are only open from 10-12. I rush home from work to get him, we call on the way because "it's probably cash only- let's confirm" and bob's your uncle it is! His wallet is in the truck too. So I rush to an ATM and take out $280. Because it's actually $275 (exact change only) but what ATM doles out $5? Here's where I have a problem. What if he was on his way to work and ran in to get coffee for a job that pays hourly? Ok he can't get to work now- no car. No phone- so let's figure that out. Oh- I have to take a cab or Uber to get my vehicle? There's another $50. Oh- my boss wants to fire me now because I missed work? Over a cup of coffee? Being poor in America is VERY expensive and this is everything wrong with the world we live in. What shitty people.

Truck broke down on the side of the road about 2 weeks, guy was there within 20/30 minutes and made it look easy getting my truck up and out. Truck broke down again the other day and they hauled it again for me no issues. Also their white tow truck looks nice as hellService: Car towing

Very unprofessional,An idiot answered the phone saying I will charge you a fee each time you call for information about your car. It’s clear that they only want to hold the car so they can charge storage fees.

I waited on the side of the road for 2 hours for a tow. They then canceled the tow and I had to wait another hour for another company.

Scam artists. Angela has a wretched attitude and was ignorant, she tried to pretend to be an answering service.. We were told we are being charged an aggravation fee and to call back the next day. The next day when we called it was confirmed that they now have added TWO fees of $75 each and said they will add another each time we call. BBB and FTC need to investigate this business.Service: Car towing

I wish I could give them just the dust from one star. These guys are the WORST. yes my own fault for the reason it was towed. But these guys try and succeed in ripping ppl off. My car was towed at 11:57pm. Didn't get to the towed yard until clearly after midnight. But they purposely send ppl out at that time so they can charge an extra day. A 24 hour notice to pick up the car is TEQUIRED. so you will NEVER be able to get your car back the same day or the next. Another scam to charge extra. The fees are $75 tow fee and $25 per day. Which they refused to tell me until the very last minute. Then proceeds to laugh at me while he tells me that I could schedule an appt for the next morning at 10 but that that probably won't be be of a snowstorm due to hit. If I don't show up...or if I'm late (during a snowstorm) I will be charged $75. He laughs at me again and says that the day after the snowstorm looks bad too (Friday) and that I might just have to come on Monday. And be charged every single day. These ppl think they can laugh and treat ppl like crap, laugh at someone unfortunate event and still go home and smile. Everyone gets what's coming to them. Everyone. So to the rude j*** that answers the phone at the conshohocken location. I wish that you will get the EXACT energy that you give out. And hope that your kids and theirs feel it too. The worst part is there is no law against them doing this. But everything ends.
