Pretty good service. I take my work truck here regularly. They are usually fast and clear with the communications. It's usually easy to get through here on a regular day and I've had few/minor issues. They go above and beyond at times and I've been pleasantly surprised. I also like using their gift card promotions.

Took my car for state inspection and they failed me saying I needed $1200 for my suspension.
I took it to another automotive place in the area and passed the inspection.
Will never use this place again.

Avoid this place. I went in for an inspection and they took 4 hours to take a wheel off. Once they figured it out it was closing time. They gave me another appointment and this time they broke the bolt on my wheel. I asked for management and there doesn’t seem to be any.

Came to get an oil change at 3:00 the guy came out told me he's not taking any more cars today and they close at 6:00 I don't get it? Customer service I think not!

Have been here a few times for an oil change, never had any issue until recently I had $200 stolen right out of my car during my most recent oil change. Nobody fessed up to taking the money and I have yet to hear anything from them. Extremely disappointed- do not leave ANYTHING out because they will take it.

Today, getting an oil change was an enjoyable part of the day rather than a chore! At Mavis, or at Honda, you get solid service but you can feel the atmosphere of how corporate it is and often with long wait times.
Here it was faster and more seamless in the service and the care and effectiveness of communication was phenomenal- it feels like a mom and pop business. Got an oil change, wipers changed out, filters changed and more all in 45 minutes with no appointment, and there were plenty of customers coming and going.
Staff greet you from moment you arrive and Mark is super, super on the ball. Seriously, Jiffy Lube should know that this location is in the best possible hands with Mark

I had to get an oil change on my way to the airport. They guys at Jiffy Lube worked fast and efficiently to get me in my way at a fair price. They shot straight with me about pricing and my car’s needs. I’ll be back for my other cars. Cassidy really helped me out!
