I cherish this gym. been present for about two years. The instructors are incredibly kind and educated. Additionally, everyone is incredibly friendly. I now have many new friends. Since the classes are constantly changing, you are never following the same program. I've seen such incredible changes in my body over this period, and I keep going back for more because I adore it so much.

I love this gym. Been here for almost two years. The trainers are so friendly and knowledgeable. The people are also all so nice. I have made a lot of new friends. The classes are always different so you are never doing the same program. My body has transformed so much within this time and I keep coming back for more because I love it so much.

MetamorFIT is a great studio with equally great people teaching the classes. The instructors keep and eye out for correct form, always provide alternative options for movement, and it’s a very inclusive / inspiring atmosphere. Highly recommend!

The instructors and trainers at MetamorFit are very knowledgeable. I am so happy with the results I have seen in myself! I keep getting stronger and my confidence has grown significantly.l! My first TRX class was with Amanda. She is awesome, motivating, non judgemental. She pushes you to be your best! If anyone is on the fence about taking her class, jump over and join the party! Highly recommend Amanda and metamorFIT!

I tried metamorFIT so I could take TRX with my girl Amanda and while that is all I have been able to get in to take so far I can't wait for more! I highly recommend Amanda's class. I have been a barre client with her for 1.5yrs. She pushed me into my first full barre class from a fusion class to now I go multiple times a week so there was no question I was trying TRX with her. I'm never bored, she pushes you to be your best, and always includes a good stretch at the end. Her

Hey all! I was looking to get back into strength and HIIT training and boy did I come to the right place. I haven’t had the chance to work with all of the trainers, but I can definitely say that Lauren is AMAZING! I love the variety of the workouts and enjoy doing them. She is very knowledgeable, informative and is quick to fix your form if needed. I look forward to trying all of the different classes metamorFIT has to offer and getting to know their staff!
