My grandson was visiting from TX and developed a bad earache. The urgent care closest to me was closed for lack of staffing. We went to CVS and they had no openings -- but they took pity since he was from out of town and had nowhere to go. It was so appreciated! It no time at all he had a prescription and we were on our way. R Laughlin was so kind and thorough.

The minute clinic at this CVS does not care about their patients. Their staff is rude and not knowledgeable. My father received vaccines here and the nurses were not informative and unprofessional. I would give zero review if I can instead of one. They administeredHepA vaccine instead of HepB vaccine and when I called them they said that the script from the doctor states to give HepA, however his script says to give HepB. They do not take responsibility for their actions. We have seen two nurses and I can tell that they know nothing about vaccine guidelines neither immunology in general. I do not recommend this place at all. They are unhappy and do not like their job. The nurse that we saw is so rude, she has nothing to do with healthcare.

I was completely appalled. I have never been treated so poorly. Rebekah Laughlin was so rude, never looked away from her computer when asking me questions about my symptoms, no compassion about how sick I was or that I needed help. She seemed bothered that I was even in the room with her. Any time I talked she remained silent afterward as if I had given a 'wrong' answer to what I was feeling. I was already feeling terrible and the way she acted really made me feel worse. When people are sick they need someone to be kind and compassionate - even if they are faking it.

My daughter was sick and went to see the nurse practitioner, R. Laughlin. This woman bedside manners were so rude. When she listened to my daughters lungs she was rolling her eyes behind her, saying, take breaths from your mouth. My daughter told her she was congested and her sinuses were dripping down the back of her throat. She never one put any pressure around her sinuses or looked up her nose to see if it was a possible sinus infection. She gave her a strep test, but refused to do a test for the flu. About three minutes into the visit my phone received a text from CVS stating that I should be called in shortly and she turned to me and said turn that phone off. She suggested a couple things, and when I asked her what aisle they were in she said she didn’t know and didn’t even offer to help me find your items. To me, it was a waste of time to even take my daughter there. She didn’t want to play listen to us, she made fun of my daughter behind her back, she wasn’t helpful, and didn’t do a thorough exam.

I made an appointment twice a row on Sunday, but it closed without notice before our arrival. SO BAD!

Got bit by something yesterday by today my whole forearm is swollen so I looked them up it said open until 730. Got there at 7. They said they were closed. Even the sign on the wall said 730. Just to let everyone know they make their own hours. Not very good business practice.

Booked appointment and took a picture of confirmation number but I not receive an email. Unfortunately, I was turned away because it did not register in their system.

They are open Sunday from 9:00am to 4:30 pm...so I was there at 4:03, the nurse said last appointment they take it's at 4," come back tomorrow", for sure there is no tomorrow for me in this minute clinic. I wonder if they start seeing patients at 9? Or later. This is ridiculous. They should have a sign for what time they plan to see patients.

I never submit posts but I am so disgusted with our recent visit to the Minute Clinic. They refused to see my 9 year daughter for a head cold due to COVID like symptoms or the combination of symptoms without a negative COVID test result. Fever, sinus congestion and a slight cough due to nasal drip, not chest congestion. My wife and I are first responders / essential personnel and have never experienced this type of corporate cowardice. My daughter was seen by the very same practitioner for the same symptoms a couple months prior, when restrictions were tighter and vaccines were not widely available and was treated. CVS’s Minute Clinic has rendered themselves useless. I guess they will focus on seeing patients who require a bogus doctor’s note for work or school. It should be noted that I had checked their website prior to our visit and it did not mention their latest protocol.

The doctor that I had was one of the sweetest people and was extremely understanding about my situation. Made me feel comfortable and was so nice, was a very good experience for me.

This is where my daughter goes when she is sick. Calls them today, explaining she traveled to FL via plane, had meeting with 15 people in close quarters. 7 days later she doesn't feel well, tightness in chest, aches and tired, but no fever, and their response was to call health department. She calls them, and health department tells her to call her doctor, who is the minute clinic. So how do you get a doctor to order a test so people you were in close contact with , meeting and airplane, can get notified. That is why this is spreading. Health department and minute clinic should get their act together and give out proper advice and info

My wife went to this location for a physical a few months ago. The physical was $90 which she paid at the visit. Now months later she received a notice that they are sending an additional $59 bill to collections. She called their billing number and was told that this fee was for the practitioner reading the results of her physical to her. Per my wife this physical was done in under 20 minutes and no additional fees were discussed at that time. The associate she spoke to named "Greg" told her she was unable to speak to a supervisor because he was not sure anyone was around. This of course was after she waited 45 minutes on hold to talk to him. He also told her that previous bills had been sent prior to the collections notice, but they had been send to the wrong address.
