My friend and I went here for manicures for my birthday. It was the first time either of us have done anything like that for ourselves in a long time, and we were so excited! As soon as we walked in, it was a very tense and judging atmosphere. Not seeing another person in there AT ALL should've have been the sign to leave. No one greeted us and we didn't know what to do so we stood there until eventually someone pointed at the tablet that you apparently get your self checked in on. We only got gel manicures and they kept asking us if we wanted to do full sets. We kept declining, which would lead to conversations amongst themselves in their language. When we were told to sit, we were gonna be on two opposite ends of the building despite us coming in together and no one else was there. So we had to ask if we could sit together we were asked why. Why? Because we came in together and we're going this together! My nail tech tossed her box of tools on the table with a sigh and did my manicure without laying a towel down, so my hands were just on the bare marble table getting the manicure. Not sure how sanitary that is, since I also didn't see them clean anything off or unwrap any tools? During the service my nail tech didn't say anything to me, just sitting silence and whatever conversation she was having (obviously about my friend and I. Yes it was that obvious.) Luckily it wasn't that long of a service, and they made sure of that.I've worked in customer service for my entire life, I've been a massage therapist and esthetician for 10 years now and I just cannot fathom so openly not wanting to do your job in front of clients. It's a good way to ruin a business. The silence on all the negative reviews but thanking the 5 stars says everything it needs to about this place. The whole thing reminded me a lot of that Seinfeld episode where Elaine caught the people talking about her at the nail salon tbh.Nails look 3/5 since I can't paint my own nails or deal with my own cuticles, but they don't have that *clean* professional polish as nails should look after getting them done

Overcharged by $10 for a gel manicure. Should have been $40 and was charged $50. Polish is already peeling after 3 days. Manicure was very uncomfortable after being burned several times by the nail grinder then being told to relax my fingers after having said pain. Will not go back. Would very much like a refund so I can have my nails redone elsewhere.

Went for a gel mani and a pedi. Aucoin was excellent. She gave the best massages and my nails look great. Unfortunately two of my nails have already peeled, less than a week later.Services: Foot massages

Honestly, so overpriced. $65 for a regular mani/pedi which lead me to not tip (sorry, I had no cash either and thought i could put it on my card, which they didn’t give me an option). Though the place is clean, they do speak their own language which I find rude on occasion. I didn’t see them open new tools the moment they came to me so not sure if they were new or sanitized. Would be going elsewhere next time.

The worst place ever! I’m new in town and went to get my nails done today, first no one greets me, second they look at me like I was from another planet! They told me to take a seat, no one asked what I wanted to get done.I live in the new apartment across from the shopping center, so I thought this was convenient, but I was wrong ?! I left and drove all the way into Philly where other people accepted my money! They also did an excellent job. Customer service is out the window, all these people care about is getting your money.

Tina is undeniably the queen of pedicures! Not only do I leave her salon with beautiful toes, but also with a rejuvenated spirit, thanks to her exceptional massage therapy skills. Her consistently friendly, warm, and genuine nature always makes the experience even more enjoyable. The spa's pristine cleanliness and their dedication to staying up-to-date with all the new trends in nails have kept me coming back as a long-time customer. It's not just about avoiding other options; it's because Tina's nail salon is simply the best in the area. Treat yourself to Tina's magical touch and experience the ultimate pampering for your toes!

Very Quality work. Nice staff. Felt a little disappointed that their window sign and menu inside show an array of lash services, but when I inquired they said they don’t do that anymore. Nice place for a quick manicure or pedicure.Service: Acrylic nails

Pricey for less then ok quality. I asked for short nails and she didn't go as short as I wanted. She painted OVER all the dust from filing. No hand lotion or hand massage. Will not be back.

It was a decent yet very expensive manicure. What was said to be two weeks of gel has only last 7 days. The whole experience was okay, but felt very rushed.

I called to see if I could get an appointment on the same day with my regular girl , knowing that it might be a longshot, but the man on the phone said she was out of the country, but that I could come in at 12:30 and another nail technician could do my nails. When I arrived, they told me to take a seat and asked if I wanted a pedicure to which I responded no and that I was there for an appointment. After waiting about five minutes or so they wanted to know who my appointment was with . Apparently they really didn't have anyone who could take me so I said, can you at least fix my nail and then I'll just have to come back when my regular girl gets back . The woman said that yes they could definitely fix my nail and that it wouldn't be long but then I proceeded to wait over 30 minutes. I couldn't wait any longer and when I got up, they realized I was not happy and asked me if I needed a pedicure again. What?! It seems as though this place only knows how to offer pedicures and not actually fulfill the appointment you called for. My best advice to them is that if you don't have any openings, don't tell people on the phone that you do and have them come and wait almost 45 minutes. People have jobs and lives and things to do so to wait 45 minutes when you were told someone was available is not acceptable I would've understood had they just been honest and told me they had nothing available.Service: Gel manicures

Aucoin did a nice job on my pedicure and dip nails. She was respectful of my request to go easy on my cuticles since they are very sensitive and damage easily. Her massage skills are great. I did notice their prices went up but I took advantage of a promotion.Services: Dip powder

I made an appointment for 2:00 and I waited until 2:30 and I left! They take too many people because they are afraid to lose any money and they don’t care how long you wait. Not to mention - their prices are much higher than other places with the same exact service. Go to a different place!!Service: Gel manicures

Dip manicure and pedicure. I literally left another salon that barely did any cleaning up of my cuticles and made my experience frustrating and went to Providence. They took me right away and did a great job and I left at ease. Will be returning!!!Service: Pedicure

Absolutely morbid. The first time I went it was fine, the price made me cringe but I liked how my nails turned out. The second time, a different artist did my nails and it was horrible! They were over a quarter inch thick and they were messy (I ordered a very simple french manicure). The glue they used would overflow on some nails and puff out the sides or be too little on the rest so my nails wouldn't even stay on. The thickness of the nails was really the worst part, I couldn't use them to do anything. I also didn't like that she put pink layers under my manicure when I asked for natural french, but that would have been fine if everything else wasn't so awful. My mom and I went, and even with 10% off from it being my birthday, it was 300$. For a french manicure? No thanks.Service: Acrylic nails
