Had a problem with a card purchase, went to the collegeville branch told the associates that I was having a problem with a mobile card purchase the associates worked on the problem till it got straightened out, I don't think at a big bank I would have received the personalized service I received from the credit union and just I read a review that someone wrote that it is almost impossible to get through to someone which is totally wrong because I never waited more than a minute to speak to someone. Join the Superior Credit Union you won't regret it.

Better than the big corporate banks. They are for communities and helping local businesses and families. They understand the working people. Safer than the big banks . Wonderful, friendly tellers at all their branches.

I have been a member since the early 80's. Trying to get hold of them on the phone is near impossible. Calls to all three branches go to one main line. Very frustrating when you have a simple question that can be answered in a matter of seconds.

Agreed on getting in contact. They also do what they please when you set up auto pay. I had to go through setting it up twice and the still did not initiate it. Then the reported missed payments to credit report. Stay away is my advise.

Customer service USED to be great here, not anymore. Very disappointed in the decline of this bank. I often get rude customer service over the phone. Had a fraudulent charge on my account. They used to handle this themselves. Now they give me a number to call which comes up as R and K Landscaping. Called the Pottstown office it came up this number is not in service. Collegeville office no answer, called numerous times. never returned my call. Time for a new bank.

Have you ever tried calling Superior??? Their phone system is deplorable and the executives don't give a fig. Several times I needed to speak with someone urgently and NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. The last time I left a message with a woman who told me if she was not available she would call me back directly. Bad thing is, her VM didn't have a personalized message on it, just a robotic message directly you to leave a message. More bad thing was she was on freakin' Vaca and wouldn't be back...so I wouldn't have heard from her for a several days. I've had to drive over to the credit union several times to talk to someone I could have talked to over the freakin' phone. NO MORE! I'm pulling my money O U T!

I’ve been with this bank for more than 15 years and they just can’t seem to get their stuff straight.When they were small credit union they were the most amazing company to work with but they grew too big too fast.There’s absolutely no good customer service left at this institution and I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I can figure out how to get all my money out of this bank that is currently holding hostage!!

For many years the customer service was excellent. This changed post Covid19. The platform for online banking was changed. I have not been able to access it for weeks now. After several phone calls messages left l still have no access to my online banking. The institution should have thought this through before changing the online system for banking. As soon as l am able l will be leaving.
