I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to go in on her birthday to get her ears pierced. When I set up the appointment I confirmed that there would be two people there to pierce her ears at the same time and they assured me there would be. When they called to confirm my appointment the day before I again asked if there would be two people there and again they confirmed, yes of course. I drive 45 minutes to our appointment to only have one person there to piece her ears. The lady then proceeds to tell me that in her experience, Kid’s this age (3), do better when their ears are pierced at the same time. Clearly it’s a lie as she’s trying to assure me that it will be ok. My daughter was fine after the first ear piercing and then proceeded to flinch and then sob after the second piercing. If they would have had two people, like I was told would be there, I wouldn’t have had a child that was sobbing when we were done. Very disappointed especially since I confirmed several times to make sure my child had the best experience on her birthday.

My appointment was repeatedly rescheduled, with each rescheduling citing "store closure" as the reason, which raised great frustration. The final reschedule was attributed to the manager, Fiona, having a "school event," which I found unprofessional to communicate to the customer only a day before, especially when they planned their visit around said manager's schedule (which is limited). Would not recommend services at this location very poor customer service.

BUYERS BEWARE……I brought my granddaughter in for the ultimate makeover. The services were literally 20 minutes. I definitely expected more of an experience than that for $36.00 plus a $7.00 tip. The girls were very nice, but we were extremely rushed. There wasn’t even anyone else there. She did her hair and her mom never even got to see it, it came out on the way home. It was held with only a Bobby pin. She started polishing her nails and was going to go over the old polish on them. I had to say something. One coat of polish, not even neatly done. On the skin around the nail. I was very disappointed to say the least. I would expect these girls would be trained to make this an awesome experience for little girls. We used to bring our other granddaughter years back and it was so much nicer. Mirrors were never cleaned, and they just opened for the day. So basically I paid $43.00 for I coat of nail polish, a dab of eye shadow and lip gloss and a 5 minute hairdo that was very poorly done. It is extremely overpriced for what you get and unfortunately we would never go back. I’m hoping to hear from a manager and possibly get some reimbursement! I don’t know how they even survive. Look at that hair, it’s not even done correctly and the nails look like a young child did them. Very poor.Services: Braids

As a dad, to other dad's... If you dont LOVE the color pink, acetone smell, and the frozen soundtrack at 11, stay far away... Otherwise enjoy!

My hats off to the team at Sweet and Sassy. They truly made my niece's 8th birthday extra special. She had the works from her facial, mani, pedi and hair. She has not stopped talking about her bday.

Made online reservation for "Gabby's night out" via website. Also called store but no one answered. I left a voicemail and indicated that I'd like more details since it was happening the next day on 1/7/23.Showed up today and two ladies at the front desk had no record of reservation. I logged into my account and shared screenshot. They were puzzled but one of the ladies (for the purpose of this review, I'm calling her "Ms. Attitude") was completely horrible in her response when I expressed my disappointment. Thank God for the other one: Erin! She is the reason for me giving any stars on this rating -- otherwise, I would have deducted points for Ms. Attitude! Erin was eager to find a compromise and jumped right into action. While Erin went to retrieve supplies to service my girls, I asked Ms. Attitude about their facemask policy and she became even more hostile, saying that it's optional, our boss says we don't have to wear it. I explained to her that most businesses want to accommodate their customer's needs in response to COVID-19. Ms. Attitude then told me that I should have called first. I replied: I did but no one answered or returned my voicemail. She then said nothing. Crickets. No apology. No remorse. As soon as Erin walked back to the front counter with supplies, she was able to sense that something was wrong and I explained the situation to her. Erin immediately stated "Yes, I can wear a mask." Erin then went to her car to retrieve one. While gone, I told Ms. Attitude that she could at least empathize with my needs as a customer for a safe experience for my girls. Erin then came back & made up for the sour, poor customer service from Ms. Attitude. I thanked Erin for being awesome to my girls and doing as much as she could to make things right. Bottom line: clearly, Ms. Attitude is poor at her job or to certain customers and has no business working around kids!Service: Makeup services

Idea is cute enough & the young ladies doing the event were kind & sweet however; it would seem that they need a bit more training. They didn’t brush or part my daughters hair for her updo & it was already falling out before we left. The “makeup” consisted only of eyeshadow & the glitter sticker put on came off directly after we left. The nail polish chipped off an hour after it was put on. The prices are also definitely not worth the services. We had a gift card but we definitely wouldn’t return.Services: Braids

They don’t keep appointments and never bother to call to report any changes to the appointment. My son had a confirmed appointment for. 6:20 pm for a haircut. I kept receiving friendly email reminders confirming the appointment till the day before the appointment. All good till the day I actually arrived for my appointment… I was shocked to find out they were closed. The sign said that they close at 6 pm. So, naturally my 6:20 pm confirmed appointment was non starter. They charge customers the full amount for a no show. I wonder how it works the other way around. Maybe a free haircut?? Regardless, they have lost my business.Service: Haircut

Cool place, they need to have more associates and a robust package. We got the hand paint, eye shadow, gliter hair spray and a side star. Nothing much for $25. I felt that was not worth it at all.There was no place for parents to sit while the children had their moment, I wasn't comfortable. A mom with her few month old baby literally had to stand while her kid attended a birthday party. They need to get seats for parents. What if the parent has a disabilty?Overall, my daughter liked it cos its her first but I really feel it wasn't worth the cost at all.

Absolutely disgusted with the fact that I had a scheduled appointment for my 10 year old daughter’s birthday and no one showed up. I had confirmation and no one even bothered to call me and cancel. I took a half day from work and drove 45 minutes to see my daughter in complete disappointment. I called and left voicemails. No one called me back. I waited 6 days and finally got a hold of the manager who confirmed my appointment was scheduled. All she could do was say sorry. Terrible business.

I HATE IT HERE. They gave my daughter a rash with the eyeshadow. Chose for the pink limo to go to McDonald's and the driver took their food and didn't give it to them. he ate all 10 of their happy meals and kept the toy. The dresses gave my daughter explosive diarrhea. Came back to get her ears pierced and she got blue skin from the piercing tool. never againService: Makeup services

Second time having a party here and it’s always super cute and fun. The staff does a great job at keeping things moving while having fun! kids always look adorable leaving.They also do appointments for non parties that are just as great!

My children love going! I have taken my nine year old since she was four. Now my four year old does ask to go at the least once a day.The workers set the atmosphere. Everytime I have taken my children ee have not been disappointed.
