If you’re looking to book a block of rooms for an upcoming wedding or event, we would highly recommend booking at the Courtyard by Marriott hotel in Collegeville! The team led by Jenna was so easy to work with and extremely professional and flexible, especially when last-minute changes needed to be made to our reservation list. They also have great options available if you want your bridal party to have their hair and make-up done at the hotel and if you want an after-party at the hotel. The big and beautiful lobby and patio were perfect spaces for our after-party. Overall, we had a fantastic experience with the Courtyard by Marriott!

We stayed here on a lacrosse tournament weekend. Our time in hotel was brief, which is perfect for our time between games. Tom Johnson our shuttle driver was the chauffeur we didn’t know we needed. He took our party of 6 players and parents to a nearby plaza for dinner at Red Robin and Old Navy for shopping. Tom provided great service there and back. We just had to call to request a ride and he was there in a heartbeat.

This place is absolutely terrible. We got there at 3 for our 3 o'clock check in but they couldn't get us in a room tell 4. Long story short their incomptness made us late for a wedding we came cross country to attend. They said all 20 of us can use the bathroom to change into our wedding suits. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel were the employees were so ignorant and unprofessional. Avoid this place like the plague.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. The bar area is also convenient for food and drinks. This is a pet friendly hotel. However, being a family with no pets it’s not ideal being placed next to a room who’s pet barks loudly, waking my family up at 6am!

We had a great stay at this location. Tom our bus driver was awesome he got us to our venue on time and came and got us at the end of the night. He checked in on us a few times to make sure if anyone need to get back earlier. He made our trip safe. Thanks again Tom.

We had Tom as a shuttle driver to and from a corporate event in Phoenixville, and boy was he fantastic! Extremely accommodating to our group and even picked us up in town later than scheduled. I would schedule another event through this hotel just to have Tom as a shuttle driver again. Thanks, Tom!

The rooms were spacious and clean however the front desk staff were a bit unorganized. The shuttle driver was over the top rude and probably should not be working with the general public. There was no lotion in the rooms and the front desk pantry area did not stock mouthwash. These are basics that should be in any place calling itself a hotel. I stayed two nights and my room was not cleaned. I know some hotels no longer do full cleaning for short stays but at the very least my towels should have been replenished. I expected better from this brand.

Let’s be honest, you know what to expect when you stay at a Courtyard by Marriott, and this Courtyard by Marriott does not disappoint, my guy. Pleasant stay for a wedding. Clean recently renovated room (shoutout to the cleaning crew for room 511), ample outlets, usb plugs right in the couch (whaa!), friendly staff, well stocked snacks, fresh coffee, fast elevators, and a surprisingly comfortable bed.

I needed to book a hotel in the area at the last minute for an overnight stay. I chose this one because I generally trust the Courtyard brand and because reviews stated that it was quiet. When I checked in (on a Thursday), they were preparing for at least four weddings , as evidenced by the gift bags on the table behind the desk. The woman who checked me in asked if I wanted points and I agreed. She didn't mention other welcome amenities, perhaps she sensed that I was in a bit of a rush (I was). I am titanium elite, having stayed over 100 nights in Marriott hotels so far this year, and I knew that a credit or breakfast was included in my stay. I asked where breakfast was, and the woman at the desk who checked me in indicated that it was at the Starbucks opposite the desk. I also asked if they had a small meeting room my wife could use for an early morning teleconference. The woman who checked me in could't have been less helpful indicating (seriously) that she could use the gazebo outside, which seems to be for smokers judging by the smell and number of cig butts on the ground. She also indicated the lobby itself and a chair in a hallway next to the banquet room. Obviously, those wouldn't work, So at that point I knew the hotel wouldn't be very solution-oriented. I returned to the hotel late and went to breakfast around 9.15 before it closed at 9.30. The woman at the Starbucks counter told me she had no idea how the elite benefits worked for breakfast. It seemed I had to order off a menu which was different than a normal Starbucks menu. She also seemed to approach my questions as somehow disturbing her or asking for something that I shouldn't have. Strange, since no one else was eating or drinking at the time. I went to the front desk and asked about breakfast for elites. The woman (no name tag) informed me that since I chose the 1, 000 points, I wouldn't get a $10 voucher to cover breakfast. Hmmm... No one mentioned a voucher when I checked in, only points. I then remembered my experience at another Courtyard in PA and realized that not only should I get a voucher, but I should get two vouchers, one for me and one for my wife. The woman at the front desk asked her manager who gave me one voucher but not the second one. The one voucher didn't cover my one order of oatmeal and coffee at Starbucks (the oatmeal was goopy and awful, not the normal Starbucks oatmeal). I called Marriott and the rep told me that in fact, the hotel should have given me two vouchers for a total of $20. I asked to speak with the hotel manager again--who it turns out was the housekeeping manager--and after a considerable wait, he appeared at the desk. I put him on the phone--my phone--which he took out of my sight, into his backroom (couldn't believe that) and spoke with the rep who corrected his misinterpretation of the voucher benefit. He apologized and gave me another voucher and supposedly credited my account with points, though I haven't seen those yet. I did appreciate his honesty and correction of the mistake. Upon check out, the same woman (no name tag) who I asked about breakfast printed me out the wrong receipt. When I asked about it, she asked her manager who was on a call and then returned to inform me that she printed me the wrong receipt. She made no effort to correct that. When I asked for clarification based on the information on the receipt, she simply kept stating "I explained to it to you; it's the wrong receipt." Ok, but it's the only record I have and since I used points for my stay and there was confusion about the vouchers, I want to make sure the receipt is correct. Anyway, after a futile conversation that kept going in circles, I ended it and left because I had to get to another meeting. By the way, the hotel is just off of 422 which runs along the side of the building. It is not very quiet at night, unless you're accustomed to highway traffic noise. Even though we were facing the back of the property, car noise was plainly audible. The room was clean, th

Sarah B at the front desk absolutely made my day when I realized I was going to have to stay longer and I needed to extend my stay, she was able to find a way to extend my reservation even though earlier that day they had been sold out. Rooms are Great, common areas are incredible, they have a bar and the bartenders and drinks are excellent. Outdoor area with fireplace is a great gathering and handles a lot of people. Tom in maintenance is an amazing person, who helped us in so many ways. The staff here is great and the property is modern and well-kept. There was multiple wedding parties in house and there was more than enough room to accommodate them and it was a lot of fun.

We had a wedding here and Tom J went ABOVE & BEYOND to assist us when we needed him most. 10/10 great guy, very nice, hard working and funny. Also the hotel was clean and accommodating. Starbucks did close at 10am which was unfortunate but otherwise great place

My family stayed at the Courtyard Philidelphia Forge/Collegeville at the end of May 2022 for a family wedding. The hotel was fully booked that weekend with other weddings and soccer teams. When we checked in, we were given the wrong room. After some discussion with the front desk, they were able to get the room type that we reserved. The room was clean and well appointed. Nothing to complain about. I liked that there was a lot of closet space for us to hang out wedding clothes. There was a closet and a wardrobe next to the TV. What I liked the most about the hotel was the lobby lounge area and the outside courtyard. It was a great place to meet up with our extended family who were all coming in for the wedding. The outdoor fire-pit was a great place to gather and just hang out. The front desk had no problem turning on the gas fire pit when requested. We didn't have a chance to use the pool but there was an indoor one. There is no included breakfast at this location. Although it would have been nice, It wasn't a big issue for us.

We had booked through a third party and we received the confirmation and of course they had the wrong date. I spent an hour on the phone with the third party and they told me that they could change or cancel and we would loose our payment and have to rebook the hotel. I was ready to end the vacation and go home then came Kailee to the rescue! She fixed our reservation without having to pay twice! She didn’t stop there but told us about phonexville which is a small town not far at all from the hotel. What an amazing and fun little town! We had an amazing day and ended up staying a second night and of course this time Kailee booked the room so we had no mistakes! Instead of having our vacation ruined and possibly ended, it was continued and had a surprising extra beautiful day in a place we would have never have found! Kailee thank you for saving our vacation and making it even better!!! Oh as far as the hotel, it is very nice clean and has a great location. They have a cute little bistro bar. The room was very clean and extremely spacious. We didn’t have to ask for a thing and honestly the best sleep out of the vacation so far! I can not recommend the place more and Kailee is a huge part of it!! Thank you for your rescue!❤️
