We really enjoyed our visits to Morningside House. Staff was always incredibly welcoming, and it was clear they take great care in ensuring the well-being and happiness of its residents. There were often events or entertainment happening when we were there. We observed engaged residents, and staff who were super engaged with the people. It's clear that residents are well-cared for. Furthermore, the process of transitioning a loved one into Morningside was made as simple as possible, and also met with great understanding and empathy - especially by Audrey, who is a shining star in terms of her expertise, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile to answer questions, provide information, and ensure families feel at ease. We are so thankful.

Community/activities: My mom recently moved in and is really happy with the community here. The staff are very welcoming and take a genuine interest in the residents, and the residents seem happy (some even told us they left other communities to come here and are glad they did). There are a lot of activities to choose from, and the activities team is top-notch. The staff have also been very welcoming and friendly towards our extended family - and other families we've seen there - and the place already feels like "Mom's place" to us.Meals: Mom likes the food, and I've had maybe 7 or 8 (?) meals here so far, and the food was great every time. And the servers are polite and patient with their elderly diners.Logistics, etc: The move-in process was much easier than what we were facing elsewhere, and things moved very quickly, which is what we needed. Audrey really worked with us to make sure we knew exactly what we needed to do when (and helped us prioritize said tasks so things could move smoothly).Overall, we've found all staff to be approachable and easy to work with. So happy Mom is here.

Morningside House of Collegeville is by far the nicest, best-run community in Montgomery County and beyond. We have had experience with a few other assisted living facilities; and Morningside House of Collegeville is in a entirely different class. The facility is beautiful, welcoming and clean. The staff is friendly, hard working and kind. The director, Kellee, is a wonderful, welcoming individual who sets the tone for compassion, kindness and respect. Morningside House of Collegeville is truly a home away from home.

Wow!! The residents at Morningside House of Collegeville are very happy snd busy. Their life enrichment team is so creative and they know how to have fun! The team is very welcoming, the all day dining is really great and it just feels good. I love talking with happy residents and families and it’s truly the best community I’ve seen in the area. Congratulations Team Collegeville on making this community the area’s premier senior living community.

This is hands down the best senior living community in the area! The staff is so warm and friendly, the residents were engaged and happy, and the building is stunning. The Executive Director, Kellee, addressed every resident and employee by name and was extremely knowledgeable and welcoming. We got to eat lunch there and it was delicious. I give this place two thumbs up!

I visited The Landing while looking for a place for my dad. It is the only senior community I saw in Montgomery county PA that had activities to engage creativity, physical activity and mindfulness. Most places have crafts, bingo and trivia games. The Landings has the type of activities you’d see in a college adult education program. The place is clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and so helpful. If you are looking for a place to keep your parents active and sharp, this is the place.

My sister and I visited six assisted living facilities in the Collegeville and South Jersey areas. After narrowing down to two, we decided on The Landing for our mom. We met in person a few times with Audrey, the sales director at The Landing, and also had many phone conversations and exchanged many emails. Audrey was very helpful in showing us different apartments at different price ranges, working within our financial constraints, explaining the levels of care, and pointing out all the activities and amenities at The Landing. In the end, we moved our mom in this past August. Any change for someone that age is stressful, but the staff, especially Audrey, Monica, Stephanie, and Madison, have made a concerted effort to make the change as seamless as possible for our mom. At age 98 it's not easy to adapt to a new environment and make new friends - and remember their names - but mom seems to be adapting. And we know she's availing herself of all the activities because she's rarely in her room when we call.

We moved our father to The Landing of Collegeville after he spent about nine disappointing months in another nearby facility - what a huge difference! The staff is amazing, communication is excellent, and the activities and programming are exactly what he needed to start enjoying his life again. Dad looks forward to their frequent outings, and he enjoys all of the activities they offer. Take a look at their Facebook page - you can see how much they do for their residents and how engaged the staff are. Assisted living is definitely an adjustment, but The Landing of Collegeville has brought back the spark in dad's eyes. We are all made to feel as if we are a part of their extended family.

My siblings and I visited eight retirement living communities in the outer King of Prussia area and narrowed down the visits with Mom to the top four and then revisited with Mom the top two. We choose the Landing in Collegeville because of the number of activities and the enthusiasm of the activities staff as well as Audrey the community advisor and Monica the facilities manager, who helped us with questions and concerns every step of the way then and now.

I just want to say that the Landing of Collegeville and their staff have been so wonderful. They helped me every step of the way determining what was the best way to bring my mom to live there. It was a very difficult and emotional time and they made it so much easier. My mom has been in her wonderful apartment now for a month. Every person that we have come in contact with has been so wonderful. My mom is actually doing much better since joining the Landing family. I would recommend them to anyone looking to find a wonderful place for a family member in need of a little help.

It's always a challenge to decide to make that move from home to a facility where your loved one is unfamiliar. The staff here at the Landing are completely understanding and helpful. They helped make the transition for our loved one as seamless as possible. Our loved one is now enjoying life more, and this has been a blessing for all of us.

I had a wonderful experience placing my mom at the Landing of Collegeville. Julie, Carrie and all the staff welcomed us and made moms transition very easy and stress free. Mom has a wonderful new home and I feel like like I have been welcomed into a new family.
