Shipped a sewing machine that is a sentimental item for my daughter. It was placed by this UPS store’s staff in far too big a box with a single sheet of bubble wrap laid on top. I pointed out these issues while in the store but was ignored by the “pros” at UPS. The box arrived with a significant hole in it and whatever generated the hole also punctured the sewing machine destroying it. Had the box been packed “by the pros” UPS claims to be in their ads, it would not have resulted in a destroyed item upon delivery. Lesson learned - pack yourself and don’t trust UPS - especially this store.

Eh. Convenient location but they’re always very slow. The gentleman that does notary services is VERY nosey and tries to read personal Documents which is very invasive.

i had a box with them and it worked out for a while.
they lost a package of mine before and i never got any type of refund or coverage or even any word about it after it was lost.
i had 12 different packages being held for me recently and four different expensive packages were lost and the owner who barely speaks english became aggressive yelling at me when i was calmly asking him where the 4 missing packages are, since the rest were there.
they were not returned to sender and were not returned to USPS who delivered the packages to the store.
after having the owner yell at me for about a half hour another younger associate told me to call USPS to find more info..USPS informed me they were dropped at the store, i have all tracking info to prove this.
the ups store manager tells me there's nothing he can do, but he was supposed to hold the packages for me, so why did 4 out of 12 go mysteriously missing?
i have to file a police report to recover my money which is in excess of $400
the younger associates are always friendly and know me by name. the older foreign manager is very impatient irate and offers no help.
so now i lost four important and expensive packages and probably wont get my money back or my packages.

We mainly do returns packages or already labeled items here.
Have always had good experiences (*knock on wood).
Figured i should leave a positive review when i saw how low the rating was when i went to check hours here.

USPS was closed and I wanted to mail some clothes to a friend. I brought a box from home, in good condition, and put the clothes in it. The clothes did not fill up the entire box and I paid $18 to ship to Lancaster. I was told the box would arrive by Monday. Friend received the box Tuesday (2/25) no big deal, but the shoddy taping of the box and condition in which my friend received the box is appalling. What’s worse is the box looks wet. Hope the clothes are okay, good thing my package wasn’t fragile! Lesson learned, I won’t be back.

They need to update their hours, seems like an ongoing issue. We were there at 8 am and stayed for a while, no one was there. We walked all the way here and they don't have the decency to even be on time.

Website and sign on door says they open at 8. Arrived at 8:20. Store locked and dark. Multiple customers waiting for store to open.

I return all online purchases here. There are so many neg comments and it's a shame bc I have always walked in& out in less than 5min. Location is convenient. They scan, give me a revisit, and I'm out.
Ayisha is so friendly & have never had any sort of a problem. The guys are a little more task oriented but never unfriendly. These guys keep it moving if there's any line. And unless it's Christmas week, there's never a line.
There's always more than one person to help if a second customer walks in.

Harlam the store manager is very effective but their employees especially Sarge are very rude and not customer focused. Similar to other experiences he refused to put a piece of tape on a bag going back to Amazon.

Arrogant and customer hostel. You may as well use the post office, you can save money and get horrible service there.

Exceptionally poor service. Frequent errors - lost deliveries that they say ‘ We don’t guarantee that the shipment makes it’. If you call UPS headquarters, they say it’s up to the local service agency to ensure services completed. If you are OK with lost shipments and doing everything three times then this is the place for you :-)

Tried to ship a very expensive item, simply needed a box and wanted to pack it myself due to its value. Your worker John was absolute trash, he tried multiple times to grab my item and force it in a box. I told my partner let's just go elsewhere, John then proceeds to scream at use to get out and goes to put hands on me, a disabled women on a knee scooter, my partner had to get between us so I could safely leave. I should have called the police but just wanted to get out of there. I can not believe any of this happened. This worker should be fired. Further when I asked for his name he refused to give it, which is why he got aggressive, I had to get his name from the coworker.
Now I will add initially Max was helping us, he was friendly and trying to find the right size box, all was fine til womanizing John got involved uninvited. Max even came out to our car to see if we were okay. Promote him and fire John.
