2nd time a vinyl record was shoved inside my family mailbox. Ii ordered a Billie eilish vinyl record back in December which was a preorder and once it was delivered by the mailman it was shoved inside the mailbox. Luckily the vinyl record was 7 inch vinyl record . I’m sure it would been completely destroyed if it was a full sized vinyl record. Update I got a a new vinyl and no issues with the shipping vinyl but i just got home and the status of the vinyl being delivered and looked near the garage but inside it and it was between my moms car luckily she didn’t drive in the direction of the vinyl which is just asking for an accident. I understand to not put out in the sun but better placement could’ve added at least 30 seconds. Also we are probably the last stop and how I know Mel this because last year I so the van parked a little passed the mailbox and hanging there for 10-30 minutes roughly. Just little extra time goes a long way

I have lived all over Pennsylvania as well as Alaska and have never had as many issues as I do with this post office. This is by far the worst post office I have ever had to deal with. Sometimes my packages show up at my house, sometimes they get held, sometimes they get left out on the rain, The driver drives across my lawn and hits my mailbox. It’s a complete clown show.

Was told to file a claim from one of the people here who answered my call about a lost/stolen mail due to Nick mishandling my package. And I got the letter yesterday saying I was denied even though YOU lost my package and also gave it to the wrong house. This has happened 3x now where they have given my packages to other people in the neighborhood and I don't get refunded or have it taken back from the wrong house. I will be calling again for the 4th time now....
Updating as of 7/10. Front desk here has tried to help me when no one else was wanting to step up. Shout out to Ena for that. But was told to put in a claim for my insurance money reimbursement at this point because it’s been 5 months and no pkg. a month later and still no word on my claim. Haven’t seen my money either.

Lived in the area 15-20 years and never had an issue until recently. They put the wrong postage on a soil sample to PSU and it came back RTS. They treated it as first class but should have been parcel. I had no receipt but they made good and I paid only the difference and were apologetic. Does it get crowded, yes. But they all do.

Exceptional service. One of the fastest post offices I’ve ever dealt with. Used them for EEDM mailing and it was a breeze.

Enna [forgive me if I misspelled] was amazingly helpful, kind, considerate and professional. She provided prompt service and resolved my query very quickly. Given the negative reviews at this location, I was concerned when making my call -but that changed immediately as I was genuinely impressed by Enna. Customer service in PA has been overall disappointing and my expectations were low, but I really have to say, Enna provided A+ service. Thank you, thank you, thank you for putting in all the work!

I had a great experience with the Collegeville post office branch. Mrs. Enna went above and beyond to locate a package that was missing. I loved her great customer service and amazing spirit.

Excellent location with very friendly staff. If you have any questions, they are very kind and happy to answer them. Better hours than other locations. Parking lot is a bit narrow.

Waited in line over 30 mins because the lazy dude in the office to the right refused to help the one single lady who was new at the counter. He even waddled out of the office for a second and saw the 6 people in line with all sorts of weird requests and waddled back into his office. I believe this dude is the postmaster. What a disgrace!

I went in to send my passport and the southern Asian American working there was absolutely amazing. I generally despise the post office, but she made it an enjoyable experience. I felt confident that my passport would come back on time.

This place is the BEST of the WORST. Letters or packages are almost never placed in my box in the morning, or they are placed in the wrong box and it has happened to me on several occasions.I can see in the tracking number that the package has arrived at that location and they put it in my box on the day they want and not according to the delivery day, which was what I paid out of my pocket.When you get a Po Box it is to have the advantage that your important letters and packages are in your box on time on the stipulated day, no later than 10:30 am or 11:00 am, this rule is completely ignored here It's when they feel like it.Frankly, Amazon should be the one to take possession of these locations so that this abuse of excessive prices and poor performance of the mail in general ends.
