Valley Forge Running Co. is an independent, locally owned running specialty store. The staff is personable, committed, and 100 percent dedicated to making every customer feel worth their time. They offer a very good selection of footwear and are very helpful in getting customers into the proper shoes. The service is attentive, with no push to buy a certain product, and they possess all the patience and expertise to answer any questions from beginner to expert. The experience of getting fitted is pleasant and impressive, with knowledgeable staff who measure feet, ask questions about lifestyle, and recommend styles that will work. They provide good advice and teach customers things about shoes that make a huge difference in comfort. Checkout is simple and easy, they offer fair prices, and have a rewards program. Excellent customer service includes making sure customers do not leave without being properly hydrated. Many customers state it is the greatest running store they have been in and make it a point to return, citing that the staff and ownership set a new standard.
