“We LOVE Philly Foodworks! We get a farm box every week and then do a la carte for most of our other foods for the week. Having fresh veggies, bread, cheese, fruits, kombucha, and tofu delivered once a week is so incredible. The quality and taste of the food is delicious (we joke that we are ruined for grocery store veggies at this point) and we've gotten to explore so many new types of veggies and fruits we'd never even heard of before. I also love being able to easily skip things if we're out of town and also subscribe to things, so I know we'll get it each week. I could not recommend this service enough! Would also recommend doing it with Bennett Compost, so all the scraps go right into the compost and the cycle continues!”
“That’s a pic of my backyard in South Philly. See those geraniums on top of the fireplace? We bought those at Platt’s in May. That was 6 months ago. It’s currently November 24th and 40 degrees outside. I have no idea what they do with these plants, but whatever it is, it’s right.”
“We moved ed from Dexel Hill to Broomall about 8 yes. ago. Both until that time life long residents of Drexel Hill. We remember when it opened but honestly haven't been there in a while. Stopped for lunch meat, produce and my wife got an Italian Hoagie and Matt made me ( GF allergy) a Hamm n Cheese with all the fixings in a dish. I got to say it was spooky good it didn't miss the roll. My wife's ws delicious and on a Sarcones roll which is simply put none better. I am sure we will be back much sooner. Awesome neighborhood store offer top notch selection of Italian meats, cheeses,sides and so much more.”
“Back at the Italian market like I always am every week picking up my weekly supplies of fresh fruit. I come across the best deals here by far when it comes to blueberries and strawberries today my favorite stand had blueberries for $1.50 for a 16 ounce container and same for the strawberries. They were fully ripened. I’m sure that’s why they were a little less expensive than normal nevertheless, you gotta get while they’re getting good few pictures here.”
“Arrived around 11pm for the 4am Appointment they knocked my door 1.30am Givin door n it was done within 20 minutes,, really nice people n super fast unloading I'd love to come back n do business with them...plenty of parking available n yea over night parking is allowed”
“Good evening Google Family. I visited for the first time today. I was originally going to Produce Junction but it was too far of a ride., I wanted to go to the one in Chichester. So I opted to come here instead. Gentile's is similar to Produce Junction. I am not sure though if it has a bathroom. I know Produce Junction does not have a rest room for customers which I will never understand since its the customers who keep the stores like this in business. They had all of the produce that I had written down on my list. They had single sweet potatoes but I wanted the ones in the bag so when I visit the supermarket today I will get the ones in the bag. I had a good experience here today.. When I arrived I grabbed a cart and started shopping. Brielle was the nice young lady who assisted me today with my purchase. She seemed very nice and pleasant. When I asked for two more plastic bags, she gladly gave them to me. I needed plastic bags badly since I use them for my trash delivery and I am running out of bags so these came in handy today. I would return to shop here again. Have a good night, workout, be active and mobile, fit and fabulous especially for people over the age of 50 years. Yes, the total of my purchase was $26.65 and I paid in cash. Have a good night.”
“Great produce selection for a small shop. The premade salads, both veggie and fruit, are beautiful and packed to the gills, with multiple size options. Not much of anything other than fruit and veg, though.”
“Good Evening Google Family. This was my very first time shopping here and it will not be my last. I was going to come here another time after visiting Ardent Credit Union, since its close by, but I decided to go to another produce spot, Produce Junction. I enjoyed the lay out of the store. Everything was so nice and clean. The produce was arranged very nicely. They had other things besides produce, drinks, and snacks. I thought all they had was produce, but they had deli products, cheese and vegetables like broccoli and protein bars. The owner was very nice and smiled. I enjoyed my experience here. I purchased bananas, cut up watermelon, cut up melon and cut up pineapple. They also had the whole pineapple. I enjoyed walking around the store. I will be back to patronize this establishment again. “produce junction is my go-to stop for all produce. They have excellent prices, and they also have beautiful flowers. Keep in mind that most fruits and veggies are bagged in bulk.”
“This place is amazing. Laid out likea city, in a grid fashion, this bustling Market is a great place to start your morning at Luhvs deli or shop for that evenings meal. Fresh fruits, made to order food and beverages, a bakery or two, flowers and more! A definite must experience when in Philly! If you are a history buff, check out their story on the website!”
“The parking lot has many spots vacant and Aldi was well stocked. We only bought few items. The cashier was friendly and efficient. The restroom was broken, so I can't use it. Clean public restrooms in Philadelphia is hard to find. Aldi, Wawa and Shoprite mostly have them.”
“For me, they always have fresh produce in stock and at reasonable price. Their organic milk is priced less than bigger stores plus last longer too!! Always better to shop early.”

Many methods of blackballing our businesses are being utilized to prevent success and scalability. I can’t believe they won’t allow them to accept Farmers Market Vouchers!
All good though, still gonna spend with them. The food is great, customer service sweet & immaculate, hardworking team, and my juices and smoothies are so yummy and fresh.

“Love this Aldi but I found out that my cat loves sleeping in there boxes more than his favorite hiding place under my bed. He loves sleeping in the flat empty boxes. I find it hilarious”
“Small but clean. Don't leave without getting a samosa—have them warm it up. It's delicious! Lots of yummy Indian sweets as well. And the man working the cash register was patient and nice.
Only reason for deducting 1 star is, I wish they'd had more south Indian snack items. There is a small display near the front with smaller/ snack bags of murukku, thattai, etc, but not much and no larger bags.
Still, great place to run in and grab what you need. Also good variety of aachar.”

“I moved down the street from this place in the last month and I absolutely adore it. The people who work there are super nice and happy. It has a great community feel and the other customers seem to know everyone who works there. The deli in the back is amazing - I get the breakfast sandwiches almost daily and their cheesesteak is low key one of the best around. Love love love”

“I stopped on a whim, & found they had an awesome sale on some great seasonal produce, like peaches. Very happy with my finds there. Staff could use some smiles on their faces so ya don't feel like scum while they don't even look at you, but other than that, the products were good, & plentiful”

“I get thier shaved steaks for some reason they tastes better then Acme's shaved steaks. Acme is bland and rubbery Aldi is like the cheese steak from the store. It maybe the cut of meat but something is definitely not good at ACME.”
“Every time I shop at Aldi’s, the team is always friendly and welcoming. They’re constantly working hard restocking shelves, happy to help, and they never miss saying “Good morning.” On one visit, I accidentally left a product behind after purchasing it, and they kindly replaced it. “This store always has a great selection & mostly budget friendly. You have to understand the logic .. I get that most of the time they only have 1 cashier on duty but the line goes fast! That cashier is on point. Then you get the Customer who holds up the line….if you can’t be patient then go elsewhere I bet you don’t get the savings ? I’m happy to wait in line.
