Easy and efficient. Took care of my inspection and oil change as soon as I arrived. Watched the tech do a 5 point inspection on the vehicle. Oh most forgot what a real inspection looked like. Great place great location easy service.

I went to get my car inspected, no lights on the dashboard. First, I was told that my car couldn’t pass inspection because my tires were worn, however they didn’t have the tire I needed so it couldn’t be replaced.i was told the tires were $179 each but they weren’t in stock, when I said I wasn’t paying that much, mysteriously they had tires for $130, of course I wasn’t offered those at first. Even tho my car couldn’t get the safety sticker I was still charged an extra $45 WITHOUT my consent to fix the windshield washer hose. The purpose of fixing the hose was so my car can pass inspection, but once again, I couldn’t pass because of tires. I went to ANOTHER tire place, got my tires fixed and went back to Quality to pay $40 for reinspection. They are supposed to close at 5, I got there at 4:35pm and they were closed. The next day, I went back to get my car reinspected, they close at 2. I got there at 1:15 and was told it wasn’t enough time to get my car inspected. So in all, I paid 105.00 and still don’t have a safety sticker. I Would never go back here, never recommend anyone to go there, and honestly I feel like they just wanted me to spend money on tires they didn’t have anyway. If you’re a business owner and you have hours posted, you should stick to those set hours. Online it says you close at 6, perhaps you should get that updated as well. Also, before any work is done on anybody’s car, they should be notified an asked by the owner if it’s approved to do that work. This is how mechanics do women, they tell you anything and they do anything because they know we don’t really know much about cars. I never approved a $45 up charge. Also, while I was in the waiting room there was another customer who was bringing her car back because her brakes were still making noises after they had gotten fixed. This place will never get my business again.

My girlfriend blew a tire up the street, and her spare didn't have air. The gentlemen here were kind enough to fill up her spare for me. Thanks again!!
