$40 for some dirty scuffed airforces? ?There was another pair of filthy yellowed airmaxs for $60. This isn't footlocker dude. There's a difference between USED and NEW. Ridiculous.

There’s an dark skin older lady, most likely in her 60s, with braids that barely attach to her scalp; who smells like a mix of good perfume and body odor. She is very rude passive aggressive, and snarky. She works as cashier. I went in for the first time ever today and I was nothing but nice, courteous and cordial with her. There were a lot of things I wanted to check out from behind the counter, and at first she was willing to help. But she then caught an attitude and said “I need to do other stuff and I can’t do the other stuff because you’re keeping me behind the counter.” Even through all of that I never raised my voice or was rude to her. I killed her with kindness the whole way through because you never know what people are dealing with. But I was thoroughly unpleased and taken aback by her energy and her customer service. To take it a step further, upon check out, I was standing behind an older gentleman who was helping me with some clothing tips for my job interview on Monday. Next thing I know she getting smart with him in a similar way she was getting smart with me. The only reason I’m giving this place two stars is because the heavier set snickers colored manager lady was very nice, understanding and patient with me. Please remove that old lady from behind the counter please before she catches someone who will give her the same treatment she gives others.

This store needs to be closed!!! The managers are ignorant & nasty to the customers & workers!!! They don't speak English & probably don't have the proper documentation to be in this country!!! This store is dirty& infested with roaches spiders & other vermin!!! Close down now!!!

Their prices are going WAY up lately, making it harder for lower income people to afford. I see used pants with $12.99 $14.99 tags on them etc. $60 jackets, high priced electronics. Wish they would fix their prices back. But i still come back bc it used to be great. Staff are nice.

I came with 3 huge bags of clothes, a glass vase and a nice picture to hang on a wall. When I asked how I could donate, the woman I encountered nicely said I'll get the manager. Out comes this arrogant African man that's just staring, you know the I hate Black Americans look! So I asked are you the manager and he nods his head yes as if I was bothering him. The lack of customer services prevented me from donating all my goods. I only left the vase and picture due to rudeness. No one even said thank you. I took my things elsewhere, Goodwill and Liberty Thrift!

We arrived about 20 mins before it closed. Dressing rooms already shut down. All my daughter wanted was to try on 2 pants. That's it. Obviously didn't want our business. Went to Goodwill and their staff was very nice and helpful. We also donated because obviously Salvation Army didn't want our business. Your customers pay you. Maybe remember that.

I’ve been here a few times mostly just to look around and browse but they always have a pretty good selection of clothes, household items children’s toys and little trinkets. I’ve bought only a few things from here including the two things I have posted which is a little trinket holder that has my birth month(June) on it and an Olaf stuffed animal since I love Olaf. Their prices are very reasonable too.

General Store Manager is uncaring, extremely rude and discourages customers from shopping there. Apparently she doesn't need our dollars. She is unprofessional and acts like she does not want customers to invest into the mission of Salvation Army. This is why a large group of regular customers have stopped shopping that this location in Collingdale, Pennsylvania. Many customers have warned ro NOT shop there but I went anyway. It is very unfortunate that the mission of Salvation Army has to suffer at the hands of one bad apple. It is obvious that she doesn't care about it She has NO people skills. Now all of us regulars have to go goodwill instead. Or travel far to a different Salvation Army to shop. Can someone in corporate please do something.

I found good t-shirts and a pair of shorts for my son, and there was a very nice older man that works there, who pointed out the things he was bringing out, and that some were new. I found a new bedding set for my son as well to go on his new bed. I really liked the man who checked us out, he said he was new, but he did a great job as well.

i was excited when i first walked in because its very big and has a huge mens clothing section compared to most thrift stores, but i couldn't deal with the prices. sweaters for 40 and 50 bucks? come on, we know you get it all for free and have a mountain of stuff waiting for space to clear. you guys are losing money by trying to price your stuff above internet market value. i remember when thrift stores were for bargains. i left frustrated and empty handed.
