Lady in the deli was extremely rude as was the cashier. The cashier looked like I was bothering her and the deli person ignored me completely even after I said excuse me 5 times.

I placed in an order through the Wawa app and the store said it was never in the system. I ordered it at 12:30 and I waited until 1:45 and nothing. This store socks. I'll never order from them again

Good afternoon Google Family. I visited to purchase gas and to use the restroom.. The rest rooms were ok, they could have been cleaner. The associate that rang me up was very friendly and helpful.. I pumped my $20.00 worth of gas and then I left to make my workout video. Good night Google family and don't forget to work out, Be healthy, fit and Fabulous.

Manager in the food area was very comfortable with a coworker being rude in her face. My wife ordered a sandwich and didn't want it toasted, because she asked for the marvle rye sandwich not to be toasted dude looked funny and then said oh, u paying with ebt. What's does that have to do with not toasting a sandwich. Then his manager lies and said it's policy. Asking about a black customer using EBT is not policy. Bad policy get feelings hurt.

Place sucks, nothing ever ready in the morning, workers always take their good old time, worst super Wawa around. Handful of very good workers ruined by the rest of a bad staff. Will literally go out of my way besides to get gas.

The service would be good if they would cut the small talk maybe, idk but it seems like it distracts them.... but was ridiculous, 30mins for 1 smoothie and the store was empty.

I was so excited for a panini and so disappointed when i got home and the bread was stale. i couldn’t even it eat it. it didn’t look presentable either the whole sandwich was falling apart. it was also very slow at this time so there was no reason to rush.

Pay your employees more because they clearly don't care about providing good service.
If you can't redeem rewards at self check out, maybe have the self check out say that.
Maybe if an order has to be suspended and retrieved with a cashier, teach the cashier how to do that.
Maybe don't have customers wait in line twice and have the manager just come to self check out to clear the error and not actually help the customer.
Horrible service!?

I come here daily to kick off my dead before heading to work. The recent change of having to purchase a cold cup before filling it is frustrating. It’s a mixed bag if a cashier will just hand you a cup or not. Wanting customers to wait in a long line during morning rush to get a cup and then come back around when you have anything else you need is unreasonable. Sure, you could get all your stuff first, but that’s different from every other Wawa location. I’m disappointed in the service at this location - it was spectacular for so long.
