Had a great experience at 309 Auto Tags. The staff offered great service, were super quick with my title transfer, and even had fun helping us pronounce a few potential baby names since my wife is pregnant. Overall, it was a surprisingly enjoyable and easy visit, and highly recommend them for quick, friendly registration and title work.

Martha at 309 Auto Tags made my transaction seamless. She went above and beyond after my initial phone call to make sure I knew exactly what paperwork to bring to support this process. She even called me back with extra information when I didn’t ask or expect her to, saving me at least three days’ worth of work and communication with other agencies. I quite literally drove from 5 states away for this transaction and chose to use this auto tag station because of the stellar service Martha provided. Thank you so very much!

Best DMV services agency I have ever worked with. Not just in PA, but in any state. Do not try and deal with PennDOT on your own. Especially if what you need involves out of state titles or commercial vehicles. I started out using Lance for my business, but he now handles all of my personal matters, as well as my family’s. Well worth the reasonable prices they charge for their services.
If you let them know why you’re coming and when they will have everything prepared and ready for you. No waiting for them to put everything together or wasting time having to remind them of all the details.
Need more proof? I drive 2 hours from Harrisburg to see these guys instead of driving 7 minutes to the main PennDOT office. I think that says more than anything else I could say. Give them a try. You won’t regret it.

I truly appreciate Martha’s help during my difficult titling situation. They were so helpful and nice to work with! My car was registers in Vermont and Martha hand wrote all the details for the transfer!! She was quick and efficient and now my new car is all good to go for inspection and PA standards. Recommend 309 Auto tags for all things auto!

This place is amazing! The quality of professionalism is off the chain! Martha knows her stuff, very knowledgeable about all types of purchases and notaries. Lance is also great! If they don’t know an answer they will definitely get the answer. The follow up with phones to have exceptions service was spot on. I really appreciate their time, energy and willingness to go above and beyond to help their customers. I sat back that day having just purchased a vehicle and listening to Martha interact with other customers was so pleasing to know, that when I was next in line I would be treated with respect and understood. Had a great experience with 309 Auto Tags. I renewed my driver's license, but lost the card. The DMV website didn't want to reissue one to me, but Martha from 309 Auto Tags was able to issue me a new photo card. Straight to the DMV and I have my license again. Thanks again!
