I recently purchased a car from this dealership after reading their good reviews, thinking they’d be different from the usual stealerships. Unfortunately, I was wrong. I drove four hours to see the car, only to find out—something they conveniently failed to mention over the phone—that it was catless and had several other questionable modifications.
Despite that, I agreed to buy it after negotiating a discount to cover the cost of adding catalytic converters. You’d think that would be the end of the issues—wrong again. Shortly after purchase, the clutch failed, leaving me stranded on the side of the road. When I contacted the used car salesman, he tried to blame me for it.
For context, I’ve been driving manual for years—everything from Toyotas to Ferraris—so this wasn’t driver error. On top of that, the clutch fluid was filthy, multiple header bolts were loose, and yet they claimed the car had “passed inspection.” Clearly, that was a lie.
As a younger buyer, I also noticed a condescending attitude from several staff members throughout the process. Now I’m left with a $65K car that’s broken down because of a dishonest and careless dealership. Buyers beware.

Just purchased my second car from the team at Bergey Chevrolet, Eric K, And Ryan in the finance department were amazing to work with. It’s not too often you get to work with a Dealership that’s been around for over 100 years. Great job Team Bergey, Thanks for doing it, right.

I was in a bit of a bind— my old car was pretty much toast and I needed something immediately. I had a pretty tight budget and was really struggling to find a car that fit into that budget (at least one that wasn't 12 years old with over 100,000 miles on it.) I met with Lito and he helped me get as close to my budget as he could, and even worked hard to get me a better interest rate on my loan so that I could keep up with my monthly payments. He stayed late both times I stopped in to make sure absolutely everything was taken care of, all while being a genuinely kind and great person to work with. I brought my parents along with me for moral support/ opinions, and he got acquainted with them while making sure that he focused on me as the car buyer. He gave me a lot of helpful tips for car care and said he’s always available to assist if I have any questions. I cannot recommend Lito or Bergey’s enough. Next time I need a car, I’m going back there without ANY hesitation (my parents agreed and plan to do the same, haha.) Thank you for everything, Lito!

Through all the obstacles due to the coronavirus, Bergey Chevrolet did an awesome job updating me when a deal can be consummated and once they could actually sell me my truck took all the precautionary measures to make sure it was a healthy and safe experience!
