Premier Contractors insulated our attic last summer. We had one mishap where one worker did not take precautions or clean up after themselves during one of the days and left our floors in our main living area covered in dirt and small pieces of insulation materials. As a mother of a young child, this was very concerning and although I mentioned the mess, they did not clean up properly. I had to take a few hours to clean up what they had left. Premier Contractors were apologetic though and reassured that the worker was no longer is with them due to their actions. The rest of the work seemed to go smoothly and they were able to address our concerns which we appreciated.

Very detailed explanation of the planned remediation and great work by the team that showed up. They took their time and didn't rush the job. Also did great with the cleanup. Would recommend.

Initial assessor was knowledgeable and professional providing us a very reasonable quote in a prompt manner. The install team was on time both days and did an excellent job, they cleaned up like they were never even there. It’s been several months since and we’ve already noticed the immediate impact of the weatherization making our home much more comfortable. Highly recommend!

From the inspection and free estimate by Brian, to installation work by Kyle and Lee, to Beth at the office coordinating it all, we had a great experience with Premier. They gave us a very competitive quote, answered all our questions without being high pressure salespeople, and completed the work quickly and cleanly.

This team weatherized our entire house. They were friendly, cordial, and thorough. We had a PECO rep come out afterwards to audit our energy use and the PECO rep said that they did an excellent job. It's not easy work going into the attic, crawl space and hard to reach areas but they covered every area. Professional, always on time and detail oriented. Highly recommended!

Stay away from this company. I was first scheduled for 2 1/2 days. They ended up taking 10 days over the course on 2 months. They would come when it was convenient to them. Sometimes they would schedule and not show up. Every day they were here was a new unpleasant experience. 1 guy knew what he was doing the other 6 were new hires. 1 guy worked with Premier 4 days and was training the other guys. All of them combined had no experience at all. I ended up telling them what to do because they had no supervision. While they were working in my attic one of them fell through my ceiling which was just painted. That left a 2x2 hole in my ceiling in the middle of winter. They came back to fix it and made it visibly worse. I had to get another contractor in to fix it right.They pumped foam insulation into my toilet. They said they had to purge their insulation pump while there was a garbage can 1 foot away they decided to pump it in the toilet. Never cleaned up the extreme messes they would leave until I started demanding it. I could go on and on but I'm tired of typing . I wish I could post the many pictures I took. Bottom line is stay away from this company. The workers have no experience and the company as a whole is totally incompetent.

Did some Insulation work in my father's basement . Have to come back to do more . It would have gotten done the same day if the man who came out wasn't alone.

My name is Marie and I had a contact with your company today 3/8/22 through PECO. When the contractor assigned to my residence arrived, I was absent but asked my sister in law to receive them. I also asked her to inquire about the BTU of the new AC that was due to be installed because my old AC was 25000 BTU. My sister in law who was not familiar with the term BTU asked the contractor what was the BCU? From what I gathered, contractor turned his back to her and said “ I DO KNOW WHAT THE F…K YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT”. He said this close enough for her to hear. So my sister in law called me and in disbelief I asked to speak with the contractor who not only interrupted my inquiry but disregarded it and disrespectfully asked whether I wanted the AC installed or not. I asked him to immediately leave my house. Now please note: I had NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER with the 18000 BTU replacement. My issue was the unprofessional behavior of this staff. So I called the local 215 number hoping to speak with a professional and explained my issue only to have the gentleman who I found out was a supervisor IGNORE my concern and all he wanted to tell me was that he was not sure when they could come out again!! I started asking whether he would address my concern and all I got was silence. The so called supervisor had hung up on me with no warning. It therefore became clear to me that this was an accepted behavior in this company. I then called the 800 number and spoke with another person who again did not apologize rather he mentioned the time it would take to come back but did not utter a word of apology. At least he did not hang up on me. He told me someone would contact me. I do not believe him so I plan to be heard. Now in this matter I must say did not raise my voice at anyone except when I ask the first contractor to leave my house over the phone. I am hurt as a woman because of the disrespect they ABUSED me with. I am pretty sure they will never allow another male to treat their wives, mothers, sisters, daughters or friends the way they treated my sister in law and I. I am also someone’s mother, sister, wife, health care worker and friend. I am a good and respectful person. Most importantly I avidly SUPPORT small business. I just won’t let this go because I am sure this behavior is NOT new. I investigated and saw low reviews and they are there for these reasons. if you are wondering why the company has these low reviews, please know you have staff who are disrespectful to the community they serve. Am not going to stoop low and think of anything else for being the reasons for such DEGRADING behavior from MEN because RACE, SEX, RELIGION AND SOCIAL RANKS SHOULD NOT GUIDE HUMAN INTERACTIONS. Please know people do not remember what you give them. It’s how you TREAT them. WE ALL DESERVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! RESPECTFULLY, A mom, a wife, a sister, a DELCO resident.

We had several areas that showed up in our test for energy efficiency, suggesting we needed work and insulation in several areas of the house (attics, crawl space). They did a great job from assessment, scope, explanation, proposal, and execution. We are pleased with the end result. The employees were pleasant, hard working, and safe with COVID precautions. We were also happy to get the PECO incentives and look forward to cheaper energy bills!

No idea what kind of work they do... but to see their box trucks weaving in and out of traffic on 309, and using the turning lane to pass 15-20 cars before cutting back into traffic is enough for me to know that I'll never use them. They're going to kill someone.

the people at premier had done horrible work at my home and the insulation they blew into my walls they sprayed everywhere and didnt clean anything!! The biggest problem was months following our house was infested with roaches!
