I trusted my hairdresser as I was growing out my layers and length. She at first did a great job with this but randomly, without my asking, over layered my hair and cut it short. I no longer trust this salon. It will take years to correct the damage done. Job searching and major events coming up and I can not do anything with my hair.

Danielle is the best, but honestly any of the hair stylists are great. I had multiple haircuts from her and they’ve turned out really good. The business is clean, bright, and fully stocked. It has a parking lot. It’s located across from Wawa.

Lovely atmosphere, where I always feel comfortable. Their appointment scheduling app thru gloss genius is perfect - keeps me on track for fresh monthly hair cuts and makes it easy to reschedule or cancel. When I walk on they're always ready - no need to wait like a barbershop. Plus you get a free rinse after the cut! Kelly has been cutting my hair for nearly 3 years now and I swear she cuts my hair better than anyone else. I don't have any pictures of the salon on my phone but the haircuts speak for themselves!

Shear Success 309 is a hidden gem. My family has been going to Danielle for years. Danielle is fantastic. She will make recommendations if you want to change things up. Never had a bad haircut, color, new hair style. Atmosphere and staff are warm and welcoming.

I would absolutely recommend Shear Success 309! Sami was so kind as well as gave me great insight on what would look best for my hair. She did a fantastic job! Kelly did my two boys’ hair and was so sweet and did a phenomenal job with them. Absolutely coming back!

Shear Success 309 has a fantastic atmosphere for a hair salon.
It is very relaxing, and Danielle always does a fantastic job with my hair. She is very personable, and we always have a good conversation in addition to the haircut. I highly recommend her as a hair stylist and Shear Success 309 as cleanly and inviting salon.
