“My company had a rush print order that was very complicated and involved a lot of special instructions. I went to the store and helped the rep AJ navigate it so they could get it done the way we needed. It was not an easy task. I was there for an hour and a half and they assisted me the whole time checking in at each phase so I could verify correctness. While that was happeneing I saw all the reps and managers in the place going out of there way to greet everyone and help elders with tech in the store and chairs etc. Everyone was freindly, fast and just not at all what I’d expect from a shipping/printing place. Great experience and great team. It was nice to see a place where everyone cared and was a professional”
