Since this storage place,has been under new ownership,it is very nice.I feel safe having my important things there.They take excellent care of the property.And whoever i speak to each month,when i call to make my payment they r always very kind.I got Michelle the past several times,a very sweet lady.My unit is in Pa at Leffler Court.Thank u for having a well kept,safe place!

I rented a unit here a little over 2 years ago. I've had my times of being late with my rent. About 3 weeks ago I went in to start emptying my unit only to find after an hour and a half drive that they had a second lock and a zip tie of some sort on my unit and my account was zero due. I called left a message and got nothing back . I again drove an hour and a half 2 more times to find the same thing called again and still no return call. One more trip and imagine that they removed the lock but still never returned my call or even email with an explanation for the overlock so at this point I had 9 total hours of unnecessary driving and no explanation for it. So all I can say is think twice about renting from here. And too boot the first winter my stuff was there it was raided with mice and ruined a bunch of my belongings.

Moving from Delaware back to Pa. Easy to book and best price. Only thing is they should have a emergency number to call after business hours if you have a problem with key pad, I drove 3 hours to put items in unit got there after office hours key pad was broken couldn't get in ,couldn't get ahold of anyone had to drive 3 hour back to De. Got to talk to someone next business day and they apologize and took exsulint care of me. Will rent again if I ever have to.

I loved having this place as my storage unit it was easy to apply for a unit and i didnt have to wait for them to be open during busness hour as my job makes me work late and i can never get anywhere befor 6pm, if i had an issue i would just call and i would get an email or call back within the next day, they are very prompt. I would recomend this storage to all my friends as the treated me righ and its very afordable ,The only reason i canclled my unit is i got a house that has a basment where i can store my things now, i loved my experience here!!

I obtained a storage unit in late April. Since then I’ve not been able to use the unit because the whole place has bee’s everywhere which I’m severely allergic too. The lady seemed to want to take care of it at first but has since never once returned any calls. I returned my lock on may 5th and requested a refund for the month of may and what I paid in April. I also recorded myself returning the lock and have recorded the numerous messages I’ve left asking for assistance. No one answers, no one returns calls. Horrible customer service. I’ve reported this to my bank as they’re attempting to make a withdraw for June and haven’t made any attempt of returning my calls. Just goes to show the ethic this business practices. I will be contacting the BBB

All of these old reviews are completely obsolete Including Randolphs. His experience was due to the previous management and had nothing to do with the new management. Don't pay any attention to them. This place was sold in December 2021 and new owners turning into an a A+++ facility! New Security Gate up, new security cameras going up, cleaning up junk, quick response if you have an issue and a full time real person you can talk to on the phone plus a local maintenance guy!

My experience was horrible. They bought out a family that owned it. Never got a call to come up and make sure my stuff was there during process of them buying. Then I find out they they bought storage units and have no way to contact them finally they contact me. Tell me rent past due so I set up to pay them send them 200 right away.and make arrangements to pay rest that Friday. Well weds come and I ask if they will be around on Fri day or Saturday wen I pay the rest of what I owe them can I get in to my unit make sure it's good. I get a pic ture of this stuff in a unit and none of its mine so I call and tell them this. They say they will try to find my stuff. I send her a pic. Of what's in there. Well a week goes by and she tells me my stuffs not there well I told her there's 4 trunks of old baseball cards and somebody needs to find my stuff. I tell her call pervious owners she does calls me back says they don't have it and she's refunding me 200 and the matters over with. I don't think so there's thousands of dollars worth of old cards not to mention the other stuff in unit. Guess I have to call police and a lawyer .

Beware of this place, he allowed someone to go in and take my lifes memories, my children's pictures, my fathers flag from his coffin. He claims he doesn't know or that he was too busy to notice who it was. I swear it was him, he even told me it happened like 4 times before. His site says there are cameras but there isn't. He told me he called a few places but they never called him back....Hello! Call them again!!! It literally was my whole house of everything I owned! I moved it back to Pa from NC. I cant believe he's getting away with this!

Watch out renting storage here! I had a storage unit for a couple years and 2 months ago I sent my payment(the same as I've done for yrs) and i get a letter back saying they noticed it empty. Someone went in and emptied my unit and they did it without showing ID or anything.when i went there face to face, then I'm told it was a short brown haired girl and a guy. And i was told that it's happened before, but that apparently were family members that took stuff. They say on the website video, they have none!

They have a lil library in the front. Take a book leave a book. My grandma goes all the time so that is really why we were there....
