Room was very comfortable and quiet. The bed had super soft sheets and pillows which I really liked. There was some small pieces of trash on the floor like candy wrappers and other small debris housekeeping didn't get. Other than that, parking was plentiful, tub/shower was spotless, TV worked fine, AC/heat was good, and hotel staff were friendly. Indoor pool was closed upon arrival but they reopened it a couple of days later. 2nd floor vending machine was out of service the whole week I was there though. For less than $80/night this place will be hard to beat. I would definitely stay here again. It was very peaceful and quiet and the bed definitely earned them an extra star.Food & drinks: Dunkin Donuts is close by.

This place deserves 0 stars I was a manager their and let me tell you. Place has bed bugs, roaches, sheets have stains and don't get me started on how much black mold is in that place. I tried to make it better but they would not let me they are cheap.

This was the worst place we have ever stayed. From random people hanging out in the parking lot to the room being extremely dirty to the point we didn’t want to sit down. We had a 3 day stay booked and left after 15 minutes of being there. DO NOT STAY!

My husband and I booked a room at the Comfort Inn Hotel for our 40th Anniversary from August 24 through August 28th in the Lancaster County in April, 2023. This was supposed to be our 40th wedding anniversary weekend. We checked in on Thursday, August 24th at 2:45pm.We specified a handicap room which we got. We got room 202, all the way down the hall. A good thing I had my walker, it helped a lot.We rested a little bit before heading out to dinner that night. The room was clean, it was just the two of us, so all that was needed was two of everything, two towels, 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and a bathmat. The following day, Friday, we went out for the day, upon entering the room that night, I noticed the bed was not made, wet towels in the bathroom, nothing was done. I questioned the front desk person and she said ,"oh, housekeeping only cleans up every three days, not everyday. So does that mean we make our own bed? Yes, and what about towels? Just put whatever you want replaced outside your door, garbage also. I looked out my hotel room and down the corridor was towels and sheets outside everyone's door.I've stayed at other Comfort Inn Hotels before but never had to put my dirty towels outside our door and our garbage bins. I found it very odd that we had to do this, I figured oh, we put dirty towels or sheets outside our door and we get clean ones in return. That wasn't the case. I called front desk and asked where are my towels? I thought they were going to bring it right up but they didn't. The next day, Saturday, as we go downstairs I stopped at the front desk and said "what about those towels for room 202? Oh hold on, she goes into the laundry room and hands me a towel, what about the wash clothes, hold on, goes in and gets me a wash cloth, and finally...the bathmat??? Oh, I'll bring that up to you, they're still in the dryer. Inspecting the towels, I saw a hair on it. Ewww, as if.Sunday, our anniversary day, special day, we went to church. After church, we spent the day out, we dined out. My husband says I have to tell you something, what? We got charged TWICE. What? We held the room with one card, upon arriving the hotel, we wanted to pay with cash, but the girl for some reason didn't want to accept cash or didn't know how to do cash on her computer, so we told her NOT to use the card on file, we handed her another card. So what she do, charged both cards. When we got back Sunday night, we approached the young lady at front desk and explained what happened, but shift had changed and the manager was off for the weekend and we'll have to wait till Monday. We were so upset we decided not to stay an extra day. Monday came and the manager was explaining to us that although it says charged it actually wasn't charged just pending. It should clear 3-5 days , we say that to everyone, it gives us a window to clear up any mishaps like this and if not, give us a call and we'll see what we could do then.Comfort Inn...never again. I am not a happy camper.Comfort Inn3903 Able Dr.Columbia, PA.Noteworthy details: Front desk person was very loud on her personal phone conversation and vulgar. Had no regard as to who was within earshot.

THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.Worst worst WORSTTTTTTTT hotel I've ever stayed at.Wouldn't even give one star. The only reason I did was required to post a review.- Pile of garbage we saw on the floor 2 rooms away from ours -- it was there the night we arrived, was still there the next morning.- Room smelled like mold upon entering.- Sink was OUTSIDE of the bathroom -- next to the microwave and fridge.- Sheets did not seem to have been washed. - Brown stain on towel! - BLOOD STAIN on the bed sheets!!!!!!!!!!!! Fucking blood stain. I wanted to throw up. You think it couldn't get any worse. But then it does.Did not get sleep at all. Looked on the side of the bed and found powder-like substance on the side of the mattress. It was SKIN FLAKES. Fucking collection of human skin flakes on the side of the bed. WHAT?!?!?I wanna throw up just writing this review!!!The audacity of this hotel to charge $200+ a night for a nightmare experience. What the actual fuck.

I checked into the hotel Friday, July 21, 2023. Once I got to my room I immediately noticed a moldy smell. I told the lady at the front desk that I have asthma and could not stay in the room. She stated she could not change my room or give me a refund. She said she could only spray my room. I let her spray while I called corporate and put in complaint. I stayed in the hall for about a hour and went back to the front. I really tried to stay regardless of the condition of the room and the smell but couldn't. The front desk lady called the manager. Which then said if I left then they would give me a refund. I said ok and proceeded to check out. These fools then charged me two more times clearing my bank account completely. Management could only say it had to be a mistake and wait 3-5 days for a refund. I was left having to call ny and have someone wire me money so I could get a room for my kids and I. It was a horrible hotel. Management was rude. They need to be shut down.Rooms: It was horrible!

Very disappointed & Still Itching! BABY ANTS on our bed, on the night stand. We checked in 8:30pm & checked out @ 11:30pm. As soon as we opened the door, there was a musky/moldy smell, then the fridge was making a buzzing sound. My boyfriend & I went downstairs and the girl at the desk (btw no uniform on/very unprofessional looking) said her husband can come and look at the fridge, or she could move us into another room. We opted for the other room. We saw no ants in the first room which was room 220 (but we were only there for a few minutes & if they are in one room they are in ALL the rooms) we moved to room 216, the couch had stains, the carpets had stains, we both took showers and it was around 10:30pm and I saw this tiny little thing on the top of the bed, it was a tiny ant (as I'm typing this review, I'm still itching) right then and there, I was like I can't sleep here, I saw a few more on the night stand) I tried calling a few different hotels and there was no availability. We packed up left there @ 11:30pm. There was a young man downstairs and when we told him we were checking out and that there were ants in the room, he didn't seemed surprised. I said to him, my credit card better not be charged, because I have pictures, he said it would take a few days and I would get credited. (that didn't happen for exactly 1 week) the pool was murky and dirty looking. This is totally unacceptable! The cost to stay there was $171 a night and the place was gross! Next time, I'll be doing a better job reading the reviews. Please consider staying elsewhere unless you don't mind sleeping with the ants (stay away) YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!! PLEASE READ THE OTHER REVIEWS ON HERE

This hotel is the biggest bunch of scumbags on the planet. The Patel family (General Manager) and Harley (Manager) were absolutely horrible to deal with when attempting to cancel or reschedule my reservation for a wedding which was postponed due to COVID. Attempting to rebook, get credit, or cancel was never offered nor provided with more than 72 hours notice AND their parent company policy a 24 hr cancelation notice. YOU SHOULD NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL NOR SUPPORT THEIR FRANCHISE - THE COMFORT INN ANYWHERE! THIS EXPERIENCE WILL ENSURE I NEVER STAY AT A COMFORT INN EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. Enjoy the $146 you made and now lost all future business from me, my family, extended family forever.

This Inn is under new management. The old reviews reflect the old managements lack of care. The room was clean, the pool was clean, the breakfast was hot and good and well stocked. The staff was polite, friendly, and accommodating. Thank you for a pleasant 3 day stay.Rooms: Very cleanSafety: Comfortable with walking my dog outside.

This place is the WORST !!! They didn't cancel my one night of a two night reservation when I called to cancel after calling and letting them know well in advance that I was sick and would not make the Friday stay. When I arrived on Saturday, the person at the front desk, was nice but told me they cancelled the entire reservation and CHARGED ME for BOTH nights!??? My son had a basketball tournament at Spooky Nook , sowe had to run to the game, they put our bags in a room that was not clean, the beds were not made, towels were wet, ants were on the floor and a cockroach was in the bathtub! When we returned, a different person had no idea what was going on, thought we were staying in that room, so they didn't clean the room! There were no fresh towels. My son and I brought in blankets from the car, and slept on top of the bed spread. When we left the next day, Harley, the woman at the front desk, apologized profusely , was sincere and said that the regional manager, JAY would refund both of the nights that should not have been charged. It is now close to TWO MONTHS and Jay, the regional manager does not return calls,or emails, Harley will put us on hold and say Jay is the only person to refund the $441.83. I have called CORPORATE and complained several times and they tell us each Comfort Inn, is owned and operated by individual owners and the regional manager is the ONLY person who can handle this? I opened up a dispute with our credit card so I'm waiting for that to clear but if you are in ANYWAY GOING TO SPOOKY NOOK, DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, IT IS DISGUSTING IN EVERY SINGLE POSSIBLE MANNER FROM THE ROOM ITSELF TO THE PEOPLE WHO DONT CARE WHO WORK THERE !!! S T A Y A W A Y !!!

Positive: beds comfortable, night clerk professional and friendly and housekeeping promptly responded to the very dirty bed skirt. However, prior to arriving attempted to modify reservation and called at least a dozen times. No one would pick up the front desk phone. When we arrived the front desk clerk told us that the previous day the clerk was fired and that's why the phone went unanswered. She was very apologetic for our experience and said manager would call us. He never did. The following day when we arrived back after about an hour to run errands another clerk told me politely that we violated the policy by leaving our 15 year old alone but then added "because teens at that age tend to vandalize the hotel". I don't have an issue w the policy but it wasn't posted. I suggested she reframe that to simply state that for the safety of young guests parents must accompany their children 15 and below instead of implying my son would be a vandal. She double downed on her previous statement and said it was the managers policy because of how "terrible" kids that age are. I also asked her to have the manager call about the room being dirty and the experience so far and she said she doubted the manager would call and so far she's been right. The night desk clerk was extremely pleasant and professional and the only positive thing about this experience.

I was looking forward to this hotel visit all day as I was with the in-laws celebrating Christmas, but the second I opened the door to our room, I was extremely disappointed. Although the people working the front desk were very nice and helpful, the experiences I had in the rooms outweighed the good. We walked in to our hotel room and immediately saw an open and empty beer can on the sink. There were cigarettes in the trash can, along with more beer cans throughout the room. The heat was out at 87 degrees. Genuinely what hell must be like! The bathtub was also filled with gross water. We got a room change and it was looking better. I went to take a nice shower, however the shower head isn't the best and has a constant screeching noise throughout the whole shower. The towels had mysterious black stains all over them. Overall though, this room was much better. I rated this two stars for the staff, but I will never stay in a Comfort Inn again.
