Victoria is the best. She really cares. I just wanted to say this, with all the negative comments. Yes I had been told my prescriptions are ready, and gone there only to find out they were not. I didn't get all high and mighty and complain. I understand how they can be overwhelmed. Just sit down or do some shopping while they fill the prescription.

Thank you for being unreliable and not answering your phone calls for your pharmacy because your "too" close to close (30 mins with multiple people calling in and left on hold) and don't want to do your job. Give it to someone who will actually make sure there's costumer service.

Don't listen to the Karen's bugging about their prescriptions not being filled right away. They have a serious case of cow disorder (center of world) they think they are the only ones having scripts filed here and that the employees are their personal pharmacist.Then the Karen's complaining the phone isn't answered, hey arrogant selfish woman. The employees here are busy. Try calling back later.Every negative review here only shows the reviewers snobbish "Karen" personality.The employees are nice, the pharmacy staff are kind. They do the best they can with limited support from the corporate office.I live next door to this store, and the idiots complaining are probably the mother's of the local brats that constantly steal from this store.I'm about to start video recording these little snot nose delinquents and posting their videos online so they all can be bullied at Columbia Middle School

Worst place to get medications, you get a message stating your prescriptions are ready for pickup, you get there and they are not! Have to wait. Another thing is your dr sends over your prescription and I called 4.5hrs later they tell me they don’t see it. Staff are rude, impatient, and they don’t close when there supposed to!

This pharmacy does not fulfill prescriptions in a timely manner. My doctor forwarded the prescriptions at before 11:00 and at 4:30 they were still not filled. This is a persistent problem here. There is a lack of customer service and empathy towards those who are not feeling well and need medicine.

Horrible!!! Once again I leave this dump telling myself to calm down. The greasy pharmacist must have women issues by the way he addressed my wife with the wrong information. After he yelled at her she left empty handed. When I made our second trip for the same medication it was filled, well.... he somehow managed to get it half right. 21 pills missing, this will be addressed tomorrow and I personally can't wait!

If I could rate this CVS a 0, I would. The pharmacy staff are extremely unprofessional and rude. Most look to be high-school students. As I'm waiting for a script to be filled, a customer was handed someone elses script and was chewing with her mouth open! Gross!!!! I can't imagine how much they make an hour. If you need a prescription don't come here. What a joke!

Two starts because they had the emergency medication that our local store did not. Dirty store, messy shelves. It makes me wonder the cleanliness of the pharmaceuticals if they don't take basic store maintenance into account.

The pharmacy didn't have the medicines I needed but the gentleman help me find some! He was also very knowledgeable about the prescriptions and when they would be back in! Thank you sir for all your help it was truly needed today! He was friendly and smiled and talked in such a calm manner! I will be back.

The rude employees are belligerent when asked why they do not ever answer the phone. They are not pleasant and will sign you up for things you do not want and then talk down to you when you question because you don’t understand why you are signed up for something you never consented to. I guess this location really is desperate for employees because there is not an ounce of empathy or a soul in the employees here. I spent well over an hour of my day dealing with the issues from this pharmacy. I have never had somebody be so nasty and rude when I asked a simple question of why did nobody answer the phone not wants to say we will be right with you win somebody was on hold for 30 minutes. I also noted that some of the employees that were running the cash register also had those stupid earbuds in. If they were not listening to music on headphones maybe they would be able to work with customers a little bit better.

Unless you have all day to spend there, get your prescriptions somewhere else. Extremely rude and unprofessional girl at the register and the greasy pharmacist was no better. I recently moved to the area so this was my 1st time (and last) at this CVS. My prescription was called in at 9 am. I went to pick it up at 5 pm. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I was told it wasn’t ready, it would be 20 minutes. So I wait the 20 minutes and nothing. I ask to speak to the pharmacists, he tells me “we don’t have it, it’ll be here tomorrow” while throwing his hands up. The worst customer service I’ve dealt with. Why would the staff be any different than their leader the pharmacist? The worst! If I could I’d give them no stars that would be too many!

Due to limited transportation and location, I have little choice but to have my prescriptions filled at CVS, Columbia, PA. I am beyond perplexed as to how this pharmacy continues to stay in business!*Scripts are seldom ready on time.*There have been occasions when it was closed during posted hours, because there were no pharmacist working … without any notation on line or change to their outgoing message. So, if one travels a considerable distance to pick up medications … they may, or may Not, be able to do so. Perhaps you have rearranged your day, put a friend or relative at inconvenience (as Idid); Or pay for Huber and still be without criticality needed medication.*I have requested several times to be notified regarding scripts ready to be pick up. Nope.*And, nearly the most frustrating thing of all is the grossly inefficient and frustrating phone system. If only I could find the words … it is not unusual to have to, unsuccessfully, navigate a call after falling into the rabbit hole of its useless automation. Just this week I endured five separate calls, each ultimately piloting me through oblivion … each time, the call being ignored by staff. My question was regarding an consequential, time-sensitive prescription. How I finally was able to speak with a pharmacy tech, was to first speak to the store manager at the main number. He most kindly went back to the pharmacy and asked them to answer their line. There was at one time a female pharmacist working at this location who was personable, caring, knowledgeable and professional.*It is difficult to have confidence that one’s scripts are being correctly filled in this existing chaotic atmosphere.My advice would be, that if you have any choice whatsoever, use another pharmacy!

Truly the worst pharmacy. Prescriptions are never ready when they should be, including when they send you a text saying your Rx is ready for pickup. I always get there and am told I have to wait 15 minutes while they prepare it, and a few times I have even been told they don't have any of my medications currently in stock - after they texted me I could pick it up. My auto renewals are never renewed each month. One of pharmacists there is very helpful and nice, but the other is a massive condescending jerk every time I deal with him. It's a whole ordeal every time I go to this pharmacy and I always leave feeling ticked off and annoyed - half of the time having to leave without my prescription. Save yourself the hassle and drive to the next town over to get your prescriptions, trust me.

The young lady Shaliayah at the counter helped me find the juice I was looking for. Honestly she really didn't need to but insisted that she had the watermelon flavor in stock, and helped me find it. She was very kind and friendly and that is exactly what I need after the morning I had.
