I guess being on your phone is more important than the customer. The customer ask you for a certain thing and you just point where it is and continue playing with your phone. And then when you go up the pay, the person continues looking at their phone while it’s charging instead of paying attention to the customer the customer. Asked for a receipt and instead you throw it away like they don’t take it. The customer asked can I have my receipt and she says you’ll have to buy something else don’t come to this location because the employees are always on their phone.

It has lots of choices like other Fine Wine and Good Spirits stores do. Only gripe I have (and there is nothing they can do about it) the mixed drinks never taste as good as when a bartender makes them. The workers are friendly and personable. They also have many price points.

Kevin is the real mvp of this store. We have developed a great rapport over the last couple years with Kevin as he serves us during our weekly restock. He is kind, patient, and always helpful. More businesses would prosper with an employee like Kevin. We appreciate him, and the community appreciated him!There is another lady, a bit older and blonde, not privy to her name, but she’s a wonder as well. Great employees at this store.The manager is not kind, however we deal with him for the wonderful other acquaintances we have.
