Best dealership I’ve ever dealt with and that’s including used AND NEW categories. They were super confident in the used vehicle I had. I took it to a mechanic of my choosing and they were fearless about it and it paid off. 6 months later my suv is still running crisp with no glitches or lights on. Place has been around for almost a hundred years so it seems they’ve survived off of word of mouth and actually took way too much digging to find … glad I did though

I bought a 2014 Tahoe from them, that ended up having some unknown issues. There was no mention of some items on the Carfax report, but the owners, along with Nancy and Brett worked to correct the problems with no additional charges. The customer service, communication, and willingness to back the vehicle they sold was excellent. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Went to look at a vehicle from this place, all the vehicles they have here are nice with low mileage however the prices could be a little lower. I found a vehicle that I liked and bought. The salesman gave me a note pad to list any issues I had with the vehicle so I did and everything on the list was addressed but the A/C. They claimed they charged the a/c but never put any dye in the system to check for leaks in the a/c system. I had the vehicle for three and a half days and the a/c stopped working only blew out hot air. The dealership sent a person to my house to pick up my vehicle to take it back down to get fixed however they did not give me a loaner car so with that said I bought a vehicle and now don't even have a loaner car to use. This is not a good business practice or very good customer service. They also need to communicate with their customers more Instead of leaving them in the dark. This is not a very good experience buying a vehicle from them the first time.

Called the day prior to confirm availability of vehicle. Spoke to Curtis who told me it was available. Drove 90 minutes one way only to be told it was on hold. the woman I met in person was nice but if you give out the wrong information and waste my time, don't expect my business.

What an amazing experience. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest . Nancy who sold me ‘Black Betty” is your go to for your next car purchase. She says things and they are done before you know it. Very schedule oriented I had an appointment and arrived a little early . She checked to see if I was near . The whole process took around 39 minutes . Crouse Cars is the best used car dealer . Thanks again

Bought my car in April and I had someone who was going to co-sign for me. Instead of them being a co-signer they gave us the wrong paperwork to sign and now payments for the car are all screwed up pretty good. Nice car but definitely would not recommend these guys to anyone if you need a co-signer

I bought an suv here about a month ago and have been please so far. The buying experience was great, they were not pushy at all and worked with us on price. We left feeling like we got a good deal.
There was an issue with the car about a week in and they worked hard to get it fixed right away and did a great job communicating during the process.
I like that it’s a family owned small shop and take that into consideration when you go there because it’s not a huge place with all new cars. They are a kind and courteous (primarily) used car shop.
I’d recommend them.

My friend and I traveled 370 miles West to this dealership. The whole experience was simple and professional. We dealt with Tom the salesman and we also got to meet one of the owners-- Paul. Both men have decades of experience in this field and have great people skills.
This is the type of dealership that majors in minivans, jeeps, and other similar vehicles.They are very intelligent in the vehicles that they have on their lot as it is their specialty. Therefore they know the market and are honest about what they are selling you.
Tom had the vehicle we came out for ready for us to check. After the drive we had no issues with it. It was a really friendly, no nonsense, and simple experience in an industry that frequently gets a bad reputation for making things complicated.
