I have placed a few orders with Kleen-Rite for detailing products. I actually liked their own brand of product as it was relatively cheap and got the job done, specifically their all-purpose cleaner. I live in NJ and they ship from PA so I never paid that much for shipping. I'm not sure what happened but they started to charge a $43 "Hazard fee" for my all purpose cleaner, which cost less than $15-20 a gallon. Not the biggest deal if I order a lot of product at once but this is where I lost respect for this company... I attended the Northeast Regional Carwash show in Atlantic City, NJ. I was visitng their booth and decided to check out their Dr. Joe towels as I wanted to find a new quality towel supplier. I was approached by Joe himself which I have seen on the Kleen-Rite website and told him I was interested in some new towels, and would purchase a bulk order of the ones I liked best. He picked up one towel without showing me any other options and proceeded to ask how many I wanted. When I asked if I could be provided with a sample at the very least and put it through a wash test to see how it held up after a couple of washes, he proceeded to say "Oh so you aren't ordering any today with me? Excuse me I'm going to help somebody else then if you don't want to order" That was it. Never was shown more samples, never was given specifications on the towels that he even wanted me to order. He just cared about getting somebody to place an order right then and there. I would've gladly ordered hundreds as soon as I got home had I liked the sample I wanted, but that wasn't good enough for them. Have not and will not order with them since that.

I am a Canadian customer.I will delete my account and will not order again.It is so horrible experience with Kleen-Rite.I paid additional C$185 to the UPS as the brokerage charge for the import for the purchase amount US$393.I sent an email to the customerservice and two other Kleen -rite receivers to ask solve the issue.But Nobody answer and they don't care customer.I am running multi business and have received so many items from the USA.I have never experienced this kind of import tax and brokerage issue because all of my USA supplyers itself role the brokerage or hired the brokerage and make no issue.

What a huge disappointment working with this company has been. I placed an order over a week ago that showed as in stock on the website, and the employee that I placed the order with over the phone assured me that it was in stock as well. A week goes by and I still do not have any tracking information, even though I was told that I would be receiving it in 3–5 days. I called the company, and spoke to a representative who was unwilling to do anything to ship my order any quicker, even though I should have been already holding the product in my hand, and was now being burdened even further by having to check in on them. The products on this company’s website are available many, many other places, I would highly recommend finding a company that values, and understands, customer service.

I placed an order. Within minutes Cindy notified me they did not have all the parts i ordered.I called and Kyle helped me with an alternative.Good people work at Kleen Rite. I was very happy with the service.

I found this company after my truck mount mechanic told me about them. They have all the same products that my usual janitorial supply company has at half the price. Chris who is the representative I speak with is a top notch professional that every company should have their employees model. He looks for ways to get my shipping rate lower. One time he put some spray jets in a shipping label pouch and put a label on it and sent them to me. It arrived with no problem. He is definitely a true professional who is looking out for us consumers. The products I order arrive within a few days and last. I only order from them unless they don't have a particular item I need for carpet cleaning. I refer them to others in my trade.

Have been using these guys for several years now and will continue faithfully - good service and prices on most items and if they don't have something you are looking for on their site or catalog just ask they can usually find it.

Jamie Widener is a GREAT Product Specialist. So helpful and kind! I liked that they had the product we needed in stock and is shipping out today. I found that Kleen-Rite fit our company's needs. We will definitely buy from them again.

Selected $8 wash credit card shows up $10. I did not get the triple shine nor other. Also when leaving the auto wash there is always soap on the right side of my car. Good prices but NO Value! Rip off car wash!!!
