Update after speaking with management a technician was sent to my house this morning and situation was corrected Very good customer service Thank you After getting home I noticed that both exterior mirrors are dirty, the front windshield is dirty and streaked and the rear window has water streaks from runoff from the roof Not what is expected for a showroom shine and spending $348- doesn't a manager look at vehicles for quality control before they're brought back to customers? Had my husbands car detailed as a gift. On The Spot, came to our location at the scheduled time. The pricing was mid-range, not the most expensive or the cheapest. But they come to you. They did a really good job. My husband said his leather looks fantastic. We plan to use them again.

Had some issues with my original cleaning & the owner called me directly to let me know that’s not how they do business & sent someone back out to redo my car and even upgraded to do the outside. That cleaning was hands down AMAZING. Will recommend this cleaning service from now on.

Dropped my wife’s Explorer off at their shop location for what I was told “the showroom shine detail” & I also added on the engine dressing, but when I went to pick it up I was very dissatisfied with it. In short, the vehicle looked barely touched, the cowling under the hood still had leaves in it & it was far from looking like a “showroom shine detail”. Moses and Jesse did an amazing job on my husband’s truck! Very prompt arrival, and when they got on site, they went straight to work. Both of them were extremely courteous and professional. Will definitely call this company back and request Moses and Jesse to detail our other vehicle! They deserved a huge tip and/or bonus if the company offers such.
